I stopped by this McDonald’s location in San Antonio and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, and my order came out fast and fresh. The fries were hot and crispy (which isn’t always the case at other locations), and my Big Mac was made just right.

I was in the drive thru for 12 minutes before finally leaving. Not a busy time of day. Definitely not fast food.
Had 3 different orders today for my family and I was so disappointed.. Waited a good while just to get these nuggets😔Not even goin to msjeva big deal but this not ok to serve to your customers. I'm a manager at a KFC and i would never serve this not on my shift..

Fast food but lucky they got everything in my order correct so that's why this location gets 5 stars. Because we all know most times they don't get it right. This location is always popping and the people at the drive thru are very nice as well.

Waited 25 minutes in spot asked & had to get back in drive thru for them to remember I was waiting. No apologies or own to forgetting i was waiting for order.
