Piss poor planning. I understand you're doing a service to be open on thanksgiving but if you can't handle the amount of traffic and orders coming in, why even bother to be open? You would think being one of the only places open they would know this or have actually planned ahead? Of course they didn't. (The 281 and Evans location were smarter than this one and stayed closed)Lines out to the street, 20-30 min wait times, dashers and Uber Eats delivery drivers out in the cold waiting at a pick up window because the lobby is closed. Terrible

Some issue today. Drive thru 26 min! I put in a mobile order and by the time I got to the window I had to repeT the order and have it remade... no apology! Not even recognized the wait!

My grandson and I went here for lunch. He loves the indoor playground. My food tasted good, and it was nice to watch him play with the kids while I ate.
Kid-friendliness: Has an indoor playground, can't get more kid friendly than that.

Night shift, Horrible service, and its GETTING WORSE, hiring teenagers without proper training, and managers that are day dreaming in lala land is a recipe for disaster. Playing rap faul language music and singing in front of customers, so disrespectful to customers and the man manager that seems powerless or just doesn't care as well. 20 min to get my order that they couldn't find and I ordered thru app, supposedly app is meant to be faster. Definitely this McDonald's location will not get my business anymore.
Kid-friendliness: Not friendly accessible, you might get run over by a distracted vehicle, as walk across any side of the building.
I drove to this location this morning and ordered an ice cream cone through the drive-through. I was told by the person person who answered the intercom that he would not serve me the ice cream cone through the drive-through and anyway it would be better for me to just go inside so he made that decision for me that despite me going to the drive-through for my reasons, he thought I should have to go inside because that was his opinion, even though I paid for it, so after asking him, he said well it would be faster for you and again. I made the choice to go to the drive-through for my reasons when I asked him to refund my money and I asked him to cancel the order and he did the same thing so I have literally wasted $2.50 and received bad service , I will call my credit card company and get a refund and delete McDonald’s app from my phone. Customer goes to your drive-through window to request service. You should serve a drive-through window. Whatever the reason is he’s going through the drive-through window is his reason and it is not up to the store or the employee to say well I think you should come inside , either way, maybe the employees could use some additional training because that type of service really should never be a dispense to anyone

Ordered a happy meal for my kid in the evening as a treat. Tell me why my bag of apples came with 2 apple slices. 2! No one looked and maybe thought that wasn’t enough? Crazy definitely going to be skeptical going back to this one.
