Food is always good but they take too long in the Drive-Thru, especially early morning hours. I got there at 5:30 a.m. just for two biscuits and a hash brown and didn't leave the drive-thru till about 5:52. Only one car ahead of me.. ridiculous..

I would never never come to McDonald's after 12 in the morning because they are so lazy there it takes a hour just to get two burger and they didn't even gave me my drink check this out I order my food and they said the window so got to it and then they said u got to paid for my food in the front window so they won't me to get out of line and start over again when it already been 25 min for waiting to buy my food I telling u people do go to this McDonald's after 12 in the morning but u not going to like it it a shame

The cashier was young but very attentive and patient. The establishment was clean. The play area was clean as well. The burger actually was very flavorful given that it is fast food. The only thing I take a star away for is the fact that the soda machines quit working and I couldn't get a refill. They do give out complimentary cookies to each patron

Slow drivethru. Very slow. Service was also not up to par. Ordered two milkshakes at drivethru when the server finally decided to attend the station. Took the order and sent me to window 1 to pay. Drove up, paid, and waited. Concerned when I saw an employee start pushing the milk shake machine around. Finally, was told that they did not have shakes. Over 10 minutes of wait time. May have been more, did not check time on my watch. Crossing this Mc off my list. The server at the drive thru should have told me about the no shakes situation.

I ordered a mail for my son and I didn’t get his drink so I wait at the window and I tell them I’m waiting for my son‘s orange juice and they said they didn’t charge me for an orange juice that I would have to go all the way back around Because they don’t have a cab register right there which I believe that’s being sarcastic. I can obviously see there’s not a cat register there and this is the manager telling me this, but this is very inconvenient for me because I was trying to feed my son before a doctors appointment and now I have to stop at another store to get my son something to drink Very inconsiderate people working in there the place let’s real dirty also at the window

Came in there in the morning to purchase a sausage biscuit and a hash brown. Of course they forget my hash brown. So to drive 10 mins back o just get my hash brown. Some guy says that’s all I get. I’m like I have to come back. Use gas to come get what you guys missed out on. He said well you’re only going to get what’s missing. So nothing for the inconvenience.

I went to get my online order. I get to the car to find my drink is flat. I go to go inside and get stopped by an old lady employee accusing me of pouring the drink in another cup. She didn’t believe me and wouldn’t let me fill my drink up. Either way, what ever happened to free refills? Especially for something they messed up on. The drink costs the restaurant 8 cents. But bad business costs way more.

It gets a one star because of the lady manager in The morning she has a attitude towards any body who is not a Senior citizen she pampers them caters to them and bows down to them they buy one coffee and stay for 4 hours after I finish eating she's giving me the stinky eye but when me and my wife go in there to eat she looks down on us you know not everyone who is not a Senior is not on drugs or homeless .treat everyone the same were not in there just for the wifi we're paying customers too and my money is green just like there's..

They got my order wrong in the drive thru and at the second window I tried explaining to the girl that it was wrong and she made a rude comment then got the manager because they wouldn't take my payment at the second window so the manager cuts me off and tells the girl to just give me my order and they still got it wrong... Afternoon shift ...6pm 1/10/25 whoever was in the drive thru and manager for that day ...YOU SUCK!
