Manager was rude because I didn't pull up with NOBODY behind me. Said either pull up or go somewhere else. I said, ok give me my money back. Then the refund button wasn't working.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s. EVERY TIME I come here the wait is ridiculous or it’s as if they have nothing but kids who this is their first job. No leadership from mature adults and the food is prepared horribly!!! Waited 20 min in the drive thru for my order! This place needs new management!!!

Food is always either cold or wrong. Good service would maybe make up for it, but everyone there is rude and acts like you’re bothering them by placing an order. I asked the girl working the drive through if this location sold something another close by one does and she said “well if you know they sell it there, then just go there” simply cause she didn’t want to ask the question. No problem, I will go there and continue to go there, the location off 281 is much better and the staff isn’t a bunch of miserable people. Whoever owns this franchise should be embarrassed, as well as the manager of this location. If you can’t even manage to keep your employees in line, maybe this isn’t the job for you. I’ve always wondered why this location is never nearly as busy as the other one, this explains it.

Maybe it's just because it's Stone Oak , but no matter who is serving at the point of contact (DT windows, Counter, Dining Room) the Staff at this location ALWAYS, have a smile , say Thank-You , and are genuinely receptive with receiving a compliment! I look forward to the visit even with the weird parking lot being a slight situation from time to time. Thank you again for being pleasant!! ♥️

This review is specifically for customer services provided by the manager working today 9/19/2014 at 9:20am. We were not greeted upon arrival, he just walked by us. After that we proceed to order and was told by the same manager to use the computer behind us. He stated that one of the registers was not working and the other one was very slow.

I am visually impaired. So sometimes it’s difficult for me to order food because I cannot see the menu. But the staff here is accommodating and very patient with me. The service here is excellent, five stars. And the food is fresh and hot. Thank you so much McDonald’s on Stone Oak Parkway.
Kid-friendliness: They have french fries, ice cream, cones, and prices in the happy meals, as well as a separate area for families. As a kid McDonald’s was one of my favorite places to play at. But now it’s a place I’d like to go for breakfast and their hashbrowns are delicious.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s hard for me to walk. I can only speak for myself using a cane because I’m visually impaired and have joint and tendon issues. They have ramps to the sidewalk in front of the entrance. Which makes it easier to get to the door. And the door only has one door instead of two like some restaurants so it does make it easier to try to open the door.

I always try my best to be nice and be a respectful customer. Last week, my burger came raw but I left it as is because I know it can get busy. Then today I had asked kindly for ketchup and ranch with my order, and I proceeded to receive the most stankest look ever from the employee I was asking. When she came back with the condiments she only gave me ketchup.
