Unfortunately, my experience was subpar, as I was not greeted or asked how I could be assisted, and the staff were preoccupied with discussing Spanish phrases and making plans to leave early. I've been unable to fully enjoy myself, mainly due to the inadequate handling and nonsense that accompanies moving forward, and I'm hesitant to spend my time or have you spend yours on establishments that exhibit such behavior, especially when it involves treating employees poorly, ignoring their legal rights, and creating division among people. It's disappointing that the auto industry is known for treating people this way, perpetuating a cycle of ignorance and prejudice.

Took us 50 minutes to receive our order. Of 20 nuggets and a fry. We were first in line at the drive through and waited twenty minutes before any one asked at the window for our order. Spicy McNuggets and the majority of beverages were not available. We placed an online mobile order and it got canceled due to it taking so long. I had to place the order a second time which cost more than the first time due to only being able to use a mobile deal once per day. I was charged twice. When arriving to the window there were multiple staff members not doing their job and they appeared to be young. We tried calling to speak to the manager and were sent to voicemail. They told us to pull forward and made us wait even longer to get our order. By the time we received our order there was 8 more cars waiting to receive their orders as well in the parking lot who ordered after us. By the time we received our food it was cold. I am very frustrated with this experience and will not be giving business to this location again.

Mobile orders take forever curbside pick up never arrives! It’s a terrible customer service McDonald here is not fast food from anywhere! Always get wrong messed up orders as well!

What’s the point in doing a mobile order if you have to wait 30min this locations has completely gone down hill the staff is always rude and they make you wait longer then you need to due to under staff

Every time I come here they are out of product. Today no drinks kuz they are out of CO2. 2 days ago, no coffee at all in the restaurant. A week ago, no orange juice. Yall are a business!!! This is unacceptable
