Check your receipts. Just had a drive-thru worker tell me my total - $7 after redeeming a free happy meal with points from my app. $7 displayed on the drive thru screen. I drive up, I hand the worker my card at the first window, she walks off with my card to get her manager (red flag #1). They are back there for a few minutes then hand me my card with a receipt now saying $14 with no communication. I told the manager I redeemed a reward. She gave me no explanation or offer to help, so I’m thinking they voided my original transaction and thought I wouldn’t notice.

Queen Love

Early morning took my son to grab some breakfast. When we arrived home we noticed our order was completely wrong. I ordered 2 mc griddle and specifically said with bacon egg cheese. With 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits. We ended up getting biscuits and the pancake part to the mc griddles. I went back through the drive thru and was screamed at in front of my child by the window worker. After I had already been very specific and polite trying to teach my son mistakes happen. The manager walked up laughing as she is screaming at me I pulled to the next window where the manager met with me still laughing and said sorry she is sick and was sick yesterday and didn't want to come in. I have no idea why that was admitted to me. The manager also noticed I was completely over charged for my order as well. Lesson for my family and I always check your food before you leave the drive thru.

I ate the crispy spicy chicken, the new dulce de leche frappé is very good, the quality of the food was good, what is expected from a McDonald's, the service was just a little slow.

Order at curbe side waited 20 min then I walked in my order is sitting and I asked the told the manager that i waited outside at the curbside for long time to the point I had to come in then he asked the young lady to take it out and she is there finishing her story to another coworker laughing ignoring his order, the manager couldn't do nothing so I told him to hand me the orders. since her action showed disrespect to his leadership. They need more stern management to do their job. I would give a zero if I could based on what I witnessed tonight

Place an order online came to pick it up curbside waited 10 minutes in curbside when inside saw that there were three other people standing waiting for somebody to come to the counter waited 8 minutes with no one at the counter called back for someone to show up at the counter homeboy stands up from the desk behind me where he's sitting and chatting with his girlfriend gets to the counter and starts being absolutely rude to me and then his girlfriend on the way out the store starts shouting profanity at me telling me that I'm the one being rude for trying to hurry them up because they're ignoring their curbside line and their entire lobby

Went here to get dinner before heading home for the day. Stood at the drive thru 15-25 minutes because they must have screwed my order up or gave it to someone else. I sat there watching 7-10 people get their stuff and leave.

By the time I went to get my refund the only thing that I got from wasting 30-40 minutes was 3 pieces of paper.

Worst service I have seen from this place. Probably will think twice about stopping here in the evenings.

Best solution would be not to move up from the window until you get your food. Otherwise you just get forgotten.

Everyone joking around and talking. Not getting food out in a timely manner. I waited over 30 minutes just to get a refund due to food not being ready. The person making the fries was eating them as they were coming out. Bad service overall. There were others waiting on their food as well .

I went in with an issue about an order and while the manager was assisting me a sweet young lady named Rylee kept me posted on the situation with a smile on her face. After the fact I placed a curbside order for my husband and son and to my relief she was the one to bring it out. She greeted us smiled the entire time was polite and asked if she could do anything else for us. This young lady’s parents raised her right and I can’t say enough good things about our short encounter. I see a great management position in her future.
