I went in with an issue about an order and while the manager was assisting me a sweet young lady named Rylee kept me posted on the situation with a smile on her face. After the fact I placed a curbside order for my husband and son and to my relief she was the one to bring it out. She greeted us smiled the entire time was polite and asked if she could do anything else for us. This young lady’s parents raised her right and I can’t say enough good things about our short encounter....

I ordered food today in store. I sat there for 25 minutes waiting before I got up to inquire and my bag of food was just sitting there. The employee who sat the open bag of food there didn't speak loud enough for me to even know that my order was up. My fries were cold by that time due to the open bag and the fact that the food was sitting for probably 15 min. The drive through is always slammed full, great for them but not enough attention on the in-store in my opinion....
