Just a few minutes ago my wife went thru the drive thru with my granddaughter and my wife ask for my granddaughters drinks and this idiot man cussed my wife out and ask for a receipt. My wife was right that she didn’t get the drinks and he thru two chocolate milks at my wife luckily he didn’t hit my wife but he cussed at my wife really bad. After my wife talked to the manager she said she didn’t know what was wrong with the employee. Luckily when my wife got home I drove back and the violent employee walked off the job and left. He doesn’t know how lucky he was by walking off the job. This McDonald’s has been one of our favorite places but they need to have more control of their employees.

I ordered a pack of 13 cookies which come in a small tote box . They just threw hot cookies in there got home to broken and smashed cookies. They could’ve placed them in a big breakfast foam container or something.

This place is ran horribly. Left me sitting at last drive through window 20 minutes no one says a thing i had to get out of my car and walk to other window to get anyone to help. Turns out they just forgot me and my order then rude manager lies about it. Avoid this place total mess

Do I gotta say more? This McDonald's is always giving me problems, and I only go there because I live so close. At this point, I'm ready to make the extra trip to the furthest one. Yesterday, they charged me extra for dipping sauce that I didn't even get, and I had to go back to get it. Today, it was chill—barely any cars in the drive-thru. The same girl from yesterday was working, and before she gave me my food, I heard her laughing, but I didn’t think anything of it until I got my order. This is just greedy and embarrassing. Working at McDonald’s doesn’t give you the right to treat people like this..

The worst customer service ever I waited almost 15 minutes on one side of the line in the Drive-Thru and they still kept skipping me and to top it off they didn't know how to put the code in from the app don't come here you're just going to waste your gas
