Cashier is very rude, manager does not take or return phone calls, I highly recommend going elsewhere to enjoy your meal I do not pay to be disrespected, this store needs to be retrained

Really bad service my kids love McDonald’s. But I stood in the drive way for more than 5 minutes no one took my order I drove by because I left the people are there are just standing there like they had no work todo! You need better costumer service and employees that actually wanna work.

It's McDonald's everyone knows what to expect. The only real problem is with the drive through and the app. This locations drive through is slow and they do not manage the two lane system very well. As for the app and pre-ordering, it really doesn't seem to help, you still end up waiting just about as long as you do if you order when you get there..

The employees here are extremely rude in the drive-through. Thank goodness I don't stay on this side of town & never have to come through here again. The guy in the drive thru & the girl at the window @ 1:32a.m.on November 2, 2018 do not greet you and do not thank you. She literally tossed the bags at my daughter with an attitude. I asked for extra mustard with my Homestyle burger & they really put it in a little box container for nuggets, so it was spilled all over my bag & food. My daughter told her to get another job if she wasn't happy there or didn't know how to do her job. People, seriously....IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB GET OUT THE WAY AND LET SOMEONE ELSE WORK THAT NEEDS & APPRECIATES THEIR JOB!!!! It's not that difficult. Worst service ever.
