It's McDonald's everyone knows what to expect. The only real problem is with the drive through and the app. This locations drive through is slow and they do not manage the two lane system very well. As for the app and pre-ordering, it really doesn't seem to help, you still end up waiting just about as long as you do if you order when you get there..
