Everything was correct but one sandwich. I got one hot and spicy extra mayo extra lettuce. They did put an extra squirt of mayo. But if anything they put easy lettuce. Barely anything on the sandwich

If I could rate this McDonald’s a negative zero I would. I waited in the drive thru for a nuggets happy meal for my daughter. Then I call and they pass the phone around until I’m assuming the manager got on the phone, then she says we’ll take it out right now. “Right now” turned into another about 3-4 mins. They finally come to the next pick up window and it’s not even my order. I used the app to earn points so they even had my name. Then I went inside and I waited another about 2 mins. Needless to say I will not be retuning to this location.

This McDonald's is a joke! The order was horrible. I ordered 2 fish meals and the fish patties were not fresh even the buns.The 3Chicken strips were not fresh either. They looked almost burnt and hard. My daughter couldn't even eat them.The iced coffee drink didn't have enough French vanilla flavor in it either. Then when I tried to call to let them know they don't even answer the phone.They continuously leave the phone off the hook. I don't know why the drive through is so busy when the service was bad. I guess it's the area. And I don't know why my order was horrible. But I do know one thing is that I am NEVER Ever ordering from this McDonald's again!

This location is far more efficient, polite, and attentive than the Military Drive McDonald’s. They actually manage the dual drive-thru lanes properly and take orders in the correct sequence. Consistent, courteous service every time.
First time being to this location. All areas were nice and clean. Especially the play area. That was the reason for the visit. The problem I had was the employee that was supposed to take my order. I was in line and a girl come from the back and goes to the open register and so I move over to that register and start to give her my order. The employee at the other register tells her that there is no till in that register and without saying a word she just turns around and walks back to the back. She could have apologized and asked me to wait for the other employee to finish taking the other customer's order. She already looked lost and confused to begin with so I didn't really make a big deal. The food was a good temp. The fries could have been fresher for being a dine in order. But it's McDonald's I don't really expect 5 star dining.
