Google says it closes at 11pm and delivery stops at 10:30pm but yet when I got to the counter they said they only take mobile orders after 10 pm. Either the hours need to be updated or something cause it seemed more like they didn’t want to take any orders and preferred to joke around and laugh about this and that. Even the app reflects that it closes at 11 pm.

Why is it that this location almost ALWAYS has the same disgruntled, disgusted, and descourteous employee at the drive through pick up window in the evenings. He is a tall guy who always wears an apron. He NEVER includes straws in the bags, and when asked for straws, he says they are in the bag. Aside from straws, condiments are also not included, and he practically drops the bag out of the window, so be prepared to catch it. Please move him to the custodial team, so he can use that anger scrubbing the floors and toilets better!

Very disorganized! Seems owner just looking for a Cash Cow. Place is dirty. Much confusion when you have UberEats, online orders and walk-ins! Youth who are not trained to handle the strain of high volume sales. Needs restructure and re-train employees.

The incompetence on the cashier and person preparing the orders is sad. My order was canceled online, and when I got there I replaced it at the cashier and could tell that she could not care less about getting it right or making it right since I had to wait twice for my order. I asked kindly if she could tell my how long before my order was ready and she said: I dont know! Ok, no drive, no kindness no customer service skills. The guy preparing the orders was so slow and just looked like he either was doing on purpose. Also I got my order wrong of course…. Bad staff, some motivation for them would be good, they seem miserable and give miserable service. I think the cashiers name is Sidel
