Caught Lacking is unfortunately an understatement for this place. No Sweet Tea in Texas is almost a sin, very unorganized crew. Everyone looks stoned or just lack of common sense. They tried to ask me to mix my own sweet tea essentially after they let me order two sweet teas after they knew there was none.

This has to be the worst location ever. My order is never right and the staff always has attitude when you bring any issues to their attention. Food presentation is also horrible. And don't get me started with their Mcdelivery. Items are always missing and they still mess up on your order. If i could give it 0 starts i would. It's impossible to get a hold of theim via phone. You literally have to walk in there for EVERYTHING. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was the most weird experience I have with McDonald’s . so I want there ask for breakfast meal and it comes with sausages so as I used to ask every time I told them please I don’t eat pork so she say all our sausages is with pork which was shock for me because no one ever tell me that so I ask her are you sure or maybe this is the only branch do that and she goes no ma’am it’s all McDonald’s branches we serve pork sausages that’s why it’s weird so I told her OK please can you give me my breakfast only egg and that’s it so thanks for the lady she let me know that . in the meantime I wonder why they didn’t say that to me in the other branches and I ask every time I go there oh my God I don’t know what to say. I am shocked.
Someone had spilled a drink on the floor and an elderly woman mentioned it to the manager in the red shirt. The manager completely ignored the woman and continued to work. Another woman mentioned the spill while both managers were in the front and they both looked at her , said they would take care of it but no one was sent to clean the spill up. This is an accident waiting to happen. They have to pay attention to things like that so no one is seriously injured. Also the customer service from the manager in the red shirt was absolutely rude, please do better.

This location was very crowded when I arrived, and I only had a half hour lunch break. Not only was the restaurant clean, but I was in and out very quickly, and had plenty of time to enjoy my breakfast after I arrived back at the job, even with about six people in front of me in line. The staff was warm and friendly and gave me some very nice smiles. I wish the hash browns were a bit hotter, but they were still fresh and crispy nonetheless, and my biscuit was exactly as I ordered. I will definitely be back to this location! Great job guys!
