Order taker was horrible having to repeat myself over n over for homestyle sauce. Store constantly getting orders wrong and there phone always with a busy signal. health depth will be contacted.. don't seem to care about allergies. 1448
Food is mid but wow do they take forever. If you wanna eat the next day, stop here for sure!!
Rude workers
It's not fast food if it takes half an hour for two meals.
Update: it took 53 minutes and I had to leave my curbside car to go in and request my paid for food.
Ordered through drive thru sent to park for 15 minutes. just $5 bundle and fries and chicken sandwich. Wasn't given my fries and the burger was made wrong. Crazy work smh
They completely messed up my order. The food they gave me wasn't mine and when I called to ask for a remake they told me due to their policy they couldn't remake it or refund me until tomorrow morning. I just waited in their drive thru for over 30 min just for them to mess up and they're not even going to fix it🤬 I'm not driving all the way back to this location for 1 burger (all I ordered was a cheese burger and fries how they heck did they mess that up)

I am really upset with the service od this McDonalds. It is not the first nor the second time that this specifix McDonalds on Pearsal has taken more than 30 minutes to give my doordasher or myself an order. There's been 2 separate occasions that I order on the app for pick up, I kid you not, I saw cars leaving that arrived after me and the deliverer did not stop to ask if he could help me. This time, my door dasher messaged me after being there almost 40 minutes letting me know he was still waiting for my order. I called the McDonalds and they said my order has been there for a while, which is not true because my doordasher would've grabbed it and left. He went and asked again and she just handed it to him, they NEVER called my name for the order or recalled or anything. It was until I called that maybe 10 minutes later, they decided to hand it to my doordasher. The manager's name is Genesis, Genesis you're not doing a great job as manager is youre in the evevining shifts as this is not something that has just happened once during evenings.

Terrible service. Ordered online to pick up in store an hour before closing. A male not in uniform locked door with several people ordering in the store. Tried to call and cancel order but was hung up on and not allowed to cancel. No contact from McDonald’s. This location has the worst employees and service.

I had and order that I placed on the app and still had to wait over 20mins after receiving my receipt copy at the drive thru so my app order has been placed much earlier mind you. I tried to cancel my order due to how long I was being made to wait for a simple order but was told I couldn't do so without my physical debit card. I saw 6 other vehicles that ordered after me, receive their food first. I called to voice my disatisfaction and was told I would received a callback, that was November 29th, nothing. Then I called again on December 7th and still no response. Obviously this franchise owner does not care about retaining customers so I'll make sure to show them the same level of respect they have for me as a customer by no longer ordering from this particular restaurant.
