Today, we went through the drive-through and received some of the best customer service while getting our food. Everyone at the window was so kind. We had a silly request. We have an autistic son who enjoys certain things from McDonald's, and when discussing it with everyone at the window, it was the most accepting experience. They were so gracious, and we appreciate it so much.

We order thru the app, have never ordered thru it before. We get our food 15 min late and we see people in the drive thru who got there food first. They get our order wrong, the food is cold for some reason. We ordered about $40 dollars of food and they gave us no ketchup or any condiments.... worst mcdonalds ever 😒

i went thru the drive thru and ordered a big breakfast along with that a large coffee . I expected 2 creamer and the suger i ordered. Instead they pour it into the coffee. I tell them i order but why would they put it in the coffee. They gave me another one but they did not give mr what I ordered in the first place the cream and sugar. I get to office I see I didn't get salt or syrup for my pancake also no type of napkins. I should have known better when in the drive thru they couldn't give me a receipt . Very disappointed will never go back.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in San Antonio at pushing food out for indoor dining. Currently waiting 20 min and going. Ownership needs to take the correct steps at correcting this. It has been going on for too long.
