Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered through Uber Eats and the food was terrible—everything tasted like it was cooked in old oil. I thought at least the Coke would be fine, but even that was awful. It had a strange chemical taste that gave me a headache after just one sip, so I threw it away. To make it worse, the straw had something slimy on it. The bag wasn’t tampered with, so this had to come straight from the store. Completely unacceptable.
The guy who was a cook or something his name is Antony. He’s terrible with service and he doesn’t know what he’s doing, but I took the wrap over there and he was all like oh I can’t do anything about this and I even told him that food was not cooked all the wayit was really wrong that Antony was really sucks at Night Shift. He’s the charger manager or something. That’s what he says, but I don’t believe him, but the manager he lied his name was Carl not Antony so ridiculous. I asked other guy on the McDonald’s that’s how I find out and it’s so ridiculous. How this guy can work over there

My order is always missing something at this location. Years of disappointment and frustration when you get home and you or your kids don’t have what you ordered. I’m done with this place. I don’t work to give my money away for free, especially to a big franchise that just can’t get it right. My order was incomplete this evening and I’ve called the store several times and no answer.

First time going to this location and the young woman at the first window didn’t give me my change or receipt. She just took my money and walked away without saying anything. Sus.

This is by far the worst McDonald's ever..I seriously need to stop giving them a chance and drive a bit further more just to get my order correct and fresh. The nuggets we did receive for the kids are extremely stale and seem to have been there for quite sometime.
Not only am I missing a burger, nuggets but I have tried calling the location more than 9 times and No answer 😡😡
Now my husband has to drive back just so he can eat since it was his meal not given.this is annoying already..they need a better dinner shift that really cares and not just there for a paycheck !!!!!!!

Great location with easy access from the interstate, right off 1604. The restaurant is clean, and the food usually comes out fresh. I’ll definitely eat here again. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s such a busy location, so the drive-thru can be a little slow.

Night shift is Hella unprofessional literally had to tell them that I didn't want nothing just to ask a question stood at the widow for nearly 15 mins before aome one came back and answered my question...... like if you dont like your job why you even there

I ordered my food in the mobile app before 10:30am went to pick it up around 10: 36am. The instructions in the app said to give the code at drive up and pick up my order that was paid for already and should have been processed. I got there and they told me I could not get my order because it was after 10:30 even though I ordered it before 10:30 a.m. and the app said It was processed and should be ready. I spoke to a manager who did not help whatsoever and blamed corporate for the policy and said I would get a refund two to three days later. I called the care line and they said it is not a corporate policy It is a store policy and up to the manager to handle the situation. McDonald's Care line associate said they would be contacting the restaurant and I should get a response. I go to this McDonald's a lot and usually I have good service. Manager could have got me my food and not lie about the corporate policy part but she didn't. Also if that is the policy the app should tell you when placing an order that you have to pick it up before 10:30 not just order and pay for it. McDonald's has always been like a bunch of Nazis when it comes to breakfast before 10:30. But if you process an order before 10:30 in the app or in the store or drive-thru the customer should get their damn food. If I could give a zero star review I would.

Terrible service had my pregnant wife and son waiting at curbside for over 25 minutes just for them to say they lost our order and very dis respectful manager as well and didn't want give us anything even though it was on them i definitely reported restaurant to copererate

Just came from a McDonald’s off Valley Hi in San Antonio. Ordered a Double QP and can't believe the burger still had the paper on it and it was cooked 🔥 with it…smfh 🤦🏾♂️🙅 horrible service. I immediately contacted the manager who excused the matter that as a mistake on the employees who are in training. Last time I’m eating there ever.
Food came out pretty fast but once I unwrapped the chicken sandwich I saw a lot of mayonnaise on it. About 8 times the amount it should have. I guess it was to cover the black molded lettuce and fungus gnats. Food health inspection should pay a visit here.
Stopped by for a late-night snack. Service was a bit slow to start, but once our order was taken, the food came out quickly and was worth the wait.
