I love McDonalds and i always eat there, but this McDonalds is not specifically the best one, first at all the took my order wrong and then when they fixed my order i asked for 3 ranch and ketchup, but they just gave me 1 ranch and 2 ketchup because “they don’t give that much” but it’s the first time it happened to me, i didn’t hear that before in any other McDonald’s

The manager told me to cancel my mobile order that I spent 15 minutes waiting for because the app was glitching even though it said that the order was already confirmed and paid for and so I lost all of my points and the money that I paid for my food and the manager told me that I'd have to redo the order and not get to use any of my points or anything

Slow drive through and I always heard a joke about McDonald's ice cream machine always being down but never experienced it until coming here. It was my graduate's one request after completing basic training and I hated that he was disappointed.

Update 11/26 Wait in line for 10mins get to the box they turn off the lights to the menu and girl comes on rude asf and says we are closed. This location says 24hrs. Like wrapped around the building!!!!
This location during the day is ok but at night nope. Door dash some food was missing half of it paying 45 dollars for fast food nowadays is a lot for them to keep getting orders wrong and nasty food. Paying almost 4 dollars for a large frie And getting this crap we got tonight is unacceptable!!! Cold and not even halfway full smh

Me, my mom, and my lil brother came to get our food and my mom ordered our food but she also ordered Large sprite, medium frozen coke, and large coke. But they didn't give us a large sprite, put the Big Mac ranch sauce in a container. Don't get some lazy teenagers, Get some workers that are doing their job.

The young ones working are awesome and respectful and need to teach some of the older lady’s especially the GM some costumer service. Been coming here for a long time because it’s nearby and easy to pick up along the way. But I will no longer be choosing this location anymore. Yall owe me gas money ?
