I treat myself to hotcakes and sausage once a week. Today on my order they forgot the sausage. Too much traffic to go back but it’s not the first time. So disappointed that I may just stop going to McDonalds now.

Not a fan of small burgers the chicken nuggets and french fries were very.. went through the drive-thru and they messed up on my order and told me if I wanted to reorder I'd have to drive all the way around and get back in line since they messed up on my order I told them I was not going to move my truck from the window until they got more order right so they gave me the rest of my order free 40 piece chicken nuggets and a basket of fries . Service and quality is really going down

Foods getting smaller and costs are higher. The kids area was dirty. Had to wipe the table and screens myself so my kids could enjoy them. Service was tolerable.

I’ve called a couple of times no answer I accepted the hashbrowns because they were hot felt fresh but when I got home they were so hard because they had been re dropped heated 2 twice hard and stale and salty.

The girl they have do overnights in the window is very rude. The first thing she says with attitude is everything they can't do. I went at about 3am since i work early and the girl just sounded annoyed.

Had a total of 9 sandwiches and 4 drinks to order this morning. Drive thru employee interrupted after 5 sandwiches were ordered to ask if I wanted those sandwiches. I said yes, I have more to order, and she cut me off again and asked if I wanted the first 5 again "these are some of our most expensive sandwiches". I tried a third time to continue ordering and she quoted the price of the sandwiches back a third time in a snotty voice. Fortunately, Burker King got me 9 sandwiches and 4 drinks and I was on my way within 3 minutes. This McDonald's employee needs to learn how to listen and take orders, or just keep giving Burger King more business, I guess.

Service was fairly quick. Hash brown was fresh. Only issue I had was after walking to the store from the neighborhood across the street, I had to walk to the side entrance because the front door was still locked around 0800.

Its ok but why whatever Mc Donald's persons working there are kinda rude. And food someone went to counter told then needed refill but had to use FACILITIES when came back lady threw cup. I asked for some pepper and salt packets lady waited then came asked what do. YOU need? I asked when she handed to me she said and looked like what more. Then she said or did u need more. I said no thank you. And dare not ask for some order to go. I just walked out. I KNOW SORRY TO HEAR THAT. NO WHEN HIRING GET NICE PEOPLE WHO REALLY CARE ABOUT THIS business.im old but was taught manners for everyone..no matter who it is
