Who's the dumb ahh that's not putting cheese in the burgers but only ketchup? I asked for a PLAIN MCDOUBLE literally just cheese patty and buns how do you mess that up plus cold fries, long wait, crappy service.

The night shift appeared very understaffed and overwhelmed, which caused long delays in getting orders out. Unfortunately, my burger was undercooked and I had already eaten half before realizing it. Additionally, the play area and lobby were in poor condition. This location could really benefit from stronger management oversight.

Do not have anything good to say about the workers or managers. Employees should be retrained or released and get new workers. No customer service knowledge from manager to the workers. So sad because the owner has other mcdonald's , who are super good workers super good in customer service and the best quality in everything they serve.

So I had a interview scheduled at 9 and I tell the cashier she goes and tells the manager and the manager response is I'm to busy I'm not doing interviews.. why do they set interviews and do not interview the person if this is how the manager is I don't want to work there very rude and unprofessional

I like this place don’t get me wrong everyone here is great and really does try and do their job… I have a slight issue with management though.. always rude to its employees and kinda has like an attitude when talking to them. I don’t come here that that often but every time I do she’s always getting after or talking rudely to the employees. Idk maybe it’s just me, but if I worked here I would def not wanna be talked to like that. Do your job appropriately rather than boss people around. I don’t think people in the lobby want to hear that….

McDonald's Makes So much Money they Can't Fix the Self checkout kiosk .. What's the purpose of Self checkout if you Still have to the Regular Register??
