Went to this mcdonald's at 12:30 to get food.I work night shift.I was sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes, and then I pulled up to the window and asked them if they're open.And the guy working says no, they are not. I told him I thought y'all were 24 hours and he said, yes, we had a hectic day and we are closed.They could have said something before I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes.

To the manager who had to deal with my wrath tonight I apologize and thank you for you’re patience and the fact that you still served me despite being rude says allot I appreciate you’re professionalism despite my Behavior you did not deserve my treatment, I apologize i live with severe chronic pain and often just want my food and to be at home it’s not easy sometimes but that is besides the point i apologize for my actions and will reach out to do so in person

OK not too bad but I got a Large Cotton candy shake...and was given a medium...we told them wrong cup and it was replaced and I kept the medium...great food the only fix up is knowing the proper cup sizes but great cotton candy shake

The lady at the window/speaker had more attitude than Chris rock in the fifth element. Uncalled for. She also botched all of my order giving me whatever she wanted I guess. I asked where the rest of my food was and item by item the fellow at the pick up window just forked over, albeit with even more displeasure, each item one by one…. I ended up with god knows who’s order and mine and no sauce, a very unhappy happy meal sans toy or sauce and the ice cream cone looked like it had been plopped or rather dropped on a hard surface. It was late so maybe they are the b team but it was not a good experience.

The McDonald's here at this location by lackland on Southwest military is a good location but the manager is very very rude. I am on my lunch break and two managers were talking one of the managers saw me at the counter and ignored me a young lady by the name of Lulu what's very sweet I hope you give Lulu recognition thank you lulu!!! And the manager was wearing a ponytail with glasses Latina about 6 ft tall or 5:11 she was very rude.

I felt ignored even though the manager in the blue shirt made eye contact with everyone in line. There were several people waiting to place orders, but no effort was made to acknowledge or help us. It created a frustrating and uncomfortable experience.
