There is one manager here that works her tail off. I think the other night manager lets the employees do whatever because there are times I've waited 20-30 minutes from an apt order, but when she's there, she rushes the orders out.

Everything was absolutely horrible from the moment we started ordering up to the 20 minute wait we had for our meal just for it to be cold!! Watched customers all driving off out of anger due to the awful service and after they take my money I immediately get pulled up, why?? How can peopled behind us and get their food and we still have to wait. How about this work on the orders in the order they come instead of always pulling people up to get better tines. WORST MCDONALDS EXPERIENCE EVER

The playground is disgusting. Very dirty. They don't care about cleaning it what so ever. Kids can get really sick by that.

These new generation of young kids do not have any manners and let alone any type of professionalism. The drive thru workers so far have all been rude, giving attitude to customers, can not listen when taking orders, speak with a bunch of attitude, don't even say excuse me or pardon me, not even an I'm sorry. I have given them location a bunch of chances and every time that I do, I get a different person but with the same work attitude. These kids really do not care how they speak to customers. Let alone, THEY KEEP MESSING UP MY ORDERS EVEN WHEN I HAVE CORRECTED THEM MORE THAN 5 TIMES AND KEEP REPEATING MYSELF AND LETTING THEM KNOW THAT THEY PUT THE WRONG INFORMATION. Even at the window to pay, they seem to still get it wrong or they do not communicate with the cook crew and the cooks mess it up. Oh and I noticed that their location is about $1 and some change more expensive than the one down on Marbach.
The manager did her best to fix it, and I appreciate it very much. I just hope that the employees can fix themselves and have respect towards their customers.

Good pizza here also cashier was rude and kept telling me my name was wrong or something like that but whatever it was was something insulting and discriminatory in nature and wouldn't take my order saying she won't take my name for my order cuz she dislikes my name I kept ringing their service bell whilst calling for another worker or even the manager anyone but her
