Went in to order and my grandson had to use the restroom..the doors were locked hes 8 yrs old..the manager just ignored unlocking the door..so we left...bad in this case...

The manager there is a man who literally saw me waiting patiently and continued to proceed to help the person beside me and then continued to ignore me and help another individual. I don't know about you but I think every manager should know basic customer service. It isn't rocket science.. it's all about making sure every customer gets service and properly for more successful business.

I do not like McD's, and this one really ticks me off. No one at the counter. Now you have to create the order on the touchscreen. But then interface is not intuitive. I did get the order placed, then tried to pay. It read neither chip in my cards. I tried to swipe, and it said the chip had to be inserted. Then it said take the receipt to the counter for help. But, after two minutes, still no one there. So, no, I left at that point.

As a mc ds goes this one is always so slow they get the order wrong all the v time workers are too busy playing and talking not a great place to order after or before work if you have 30 minutes to an hour then go here and if you don't mind missing food from your order then go a head and go......

My go-to since I work right down the street. So I order quite often. Every time I order the cashier is friendly, all the workers are friendly, food is fresh, I usually order a mcdouble with a 4pc chicken nugget, small fry, and large tea. Food is hot and made fresh, Fry's are hot and crispy not soggy, nuggets too, only thing I will tweak is the sweet tea, to me it's a little too sweet for my liking but I just order a half sweet/unsweet tea and it tastes good to me.

The employees at this location aren't very intelligent. Its almost like they are on drugs... I guess it's why they don't make very much money.
