The whole order on the app thing doesn't apply to this store apparently... I was sitting in the number stall for 20 min before going inside to get my order.. which STILL WASN'T ready!! 20 nuggets and basket of fries... No one on the register, workers literally standing in one spot while I waited inside for about 5 more mins. No one said anything except here sorry... Which in return was cold and old. So.. here

I just think they need more servers. Saw the moving and communication to get meals done but still too slow. I know the frustration but y’all need to keep your composure even the general manager. I could feel and see the emotions and others will feed off that making your job harder. Do better and hope y’all get more servers to make work quicker.

i would give 0 stars if i could , we wanted something sweet so we went through the drive thru and let me tell you we get two ice cream cones my friend asked for a discount since she works at the next closest mcdonald’s the young man in the drive thru told us to hang on and he went to grad i’m assuming the male manager . the male manager then informed us that they don’t do discount in through but he would to it this one time he was very kind and we understood so we paid and got the discount a few minutes later a female manager came up to the window and she was so aggressive tone and harsh with us she rudely explained to us what the male manger had pervious explained but added that we couldn’t use the discount at this location and was borderline yelling at us mind you were just teenagers both got of a long shift and wanted a sweet treat plus i assume since they upset with us they barely gave us any ice cream reallyand yeah overall wasn’t a good experience , don’t come here unless you wanna be yelled at by a middle aged women
