The manager's customer service. I am the only car in line to order and told to wait. So I do and that's fine. A truck pulls up to the other line to order and they take their order. When I question why I was told to wait when I was clearly their first. The manager gives the excuse with a lousy "sorry". Not sincere. Then proceeds with, "well are you going to order or not?". I think whoever hired her to be manager needs to rethink that decision.
