Poor , I thought it was supposed to be fast food not a restaurant that takes 25 mins plus to get ur food everyone was complaining in the lobby and everyone was upset I was supposed to have 10 mins to get my food an. Get to work on time instead they Robbed me of my time very unprofessional I had to get a refund cause I was late they was quick to give my money back

I ordered a chocolate Sunday it was only hafe full almost no chocolate and I didn't get a spoon I saw several customers just waiting to get there ordered placed. There was another costumer that was asking for ketchup and and the working told him to just get them

First been in food hospitality for over 20 years simple mistake but made no effort to correct. I had to move from drive through inside. Which negated my discount and could not be used any more. I feel this is a simple fix but no effort was done to help.

It was cold. They wouldn't turn the heat up. The chicken sandwich was raw. They gave a refund after offering a 2nd sandwich but I didn't trust it.

This is ridiculous. Not sure why I keep going back to this location. Every time I go here, EVERY TIME, they mess my order up. When I call up there and ask for assistance in the matter I've always been given the run around. Tell me to come back but im already back at work and dont have time to leave. I've even been hung up on by one of the employees that I found out was pretending to be a manager. I only ever ask for no onion and no pickles because they dont taste right to me. Yet thia picture is what I receive. Onions on the paper are from one side of the burger and then there's even more in-between the patties. I will not be going here no more and I will have my crew not go here for lunch either. Some employees seem nice. Others have attitudes when im showing them kindness. Just rude from the start as if I had already offended them. I understand this is McDonald's and its fast food but the consistency of failure should not be this high.
