I wrote a review about 2-3 weeks ago and I tried to give them another chance. I ordered through DoorDash cause I had promos to get my food on a discounted price. But first, it took an extra 20 minutes to even get my food and then I notice that before even opening the bag. It’s lighter than it usually is. And i immediately notice that there’s no drink (large sprite) and then I notice I have all the toppings on my burger even though i specifically asked for plain and dry with just cheese. And then there’s no sauces for my nuggets. Everything is cold just a whole disappointment to that spot. And whoever is the manager there should be immediately fired and the store should be trained properly. DO NOT GO HERE GO TO THE ONE ON 151 BY SEAWORLD I WARNED YOU

First they messed up my food 2nd I ordered a large soda and they give me the cup for large orange juice , 2 different sizes on top of that
Lady that took my order rushed me and was completely rude .
I worked in fast food before and it’s not that hard….
And then didn’t want to give me my receipt and after a while finally got it
Once I got home my fries were disgusting and didn’t look fully cooked

Why is that everytime I make an order thru the app for this location they never seem to have in the system than when you call to talk to the manager the line is always busy or they just forward you to voicemail not even that they give my sister in law a very hard time about my order so not professional at all

They can’t do a damn thing right, even if they get the order right it’s bad. Yea I’m the ketchup only guy thanks for the two pounds of ketchup on my burgers thanks. No straw for the 100th time. I recommend you don’t order from here.
Almost waiting for 35 minutes in here I’m going to the drive-through to have my food and there’s these people give me another food no coffee I’m waiting and then don’t give me the coffee with the sugar. Nothing just a black coffee. I need to wait like 15 minutes more like almost 1 hour no I left

This place is awful, I ordered uber eats through them for a 20 McNugget and basket of fries. What was the “basket” of fries looked like someone grabbed a small handful and threw it in. Then all the sauces I requested were completely ignored. Would not recommend because if anything goes wrong they don’t answer.
