I came here to get some food, was then proceeded told to park to the side which is fine, but then it took them 30 min to make our food. They didn't even have the order, like they lost the order ticket, and they had to take our receipt to make the order. Crazy.

Usually love this place but today I got hell from the workers. I have stopped by twice once alone and another with my mom TODAY. We made TWO purchases at this location. This afternoon, I am told to leave because it's been 30 minutes and I only got a water. Mind you, I had no problem making another purchase but where is the policy that states I have to order every 30 minutes in order to stay here and use the wifi ? Not only that, but yesterday I and several other costumers had a problem with the teenagers fartin' around in the back. Wasting time. How come YESTERDAY I'm waiting over 30 minutes for my meal but today I am told to leave if I don't order a THIRD time in a day, within 30 minutes or I have to leave. The screenshot doesn’t include the purchases made by my mom. Also, they are too loud. I have PTSD and they out here making the atmosphere obnoxious and hard to enjoy. Hypocrites run this place. Do not go to this McDonalds, go to another one. Reported to the franchise to the company.

This McDonald’s always have problems with their machines for cold desserts. This is Texas and you would think you could get cold treats pulling into this convenient McDonald’s location BUT no. Several of my visits I was disappointed after I paid for my cold treats at the kiosk.

EVERYTIME, NEVER FAILS....I go through drive thru...asked to pull over...wait 10+ minutes...get out my car go inside to get what they forgot. ..wait for 5+ minutes for someone to acknowledge me standing at the front. Get it together management this shouldn't be hard.

Sign is incorrect. $2.50 sausage bundle comes to almost $7 this morning with an orange juice. There’s so many more places to eat in the morning to find a deal. Unfortunately, this location is not it.

Stopped by here a few days ago around 1am. The line was pretty short so my friend and I went through. I ordered on the app while in the drive through so it would be faster to pick it up. Ended up waiting maybe 20mins just for someone to take our order then another 20 just to grab the food. By the time I got my food, everything was cold. There was maybe one car in front of us so I dont know why it took so long. On top of that, staff wasn’t too nice. I understand its late and no one wants to work at night, but at least try a bit :/
Still the worst McDonald's on the west side. 10 min for nuggets and fries at 8pm

Don't come here, they ignore front orders and are incompetent along with lazy management. Drive thru orders are filled while your food waits so they meet the timing quota mcdonald exposes on drive thru. 30 plus mins for 2 happy meals and a 5 dollar meal. Ridiculous. They also won't take your food to you unless you literally call them at the register multiple times while your food is sitting the tree getting cold and they still missed items. Really bad customer service the employees there have no manners. Can’t even call to speak to the manager because the manager is no better than they are. Not only that if you order an anything large the rip you off. I literally got a small fries inside of large fries packaging. Large coke was filled to the top with ice. Am surprised they didn’t half a burger.
