This place is god awful, you can stand there and you literally have to raise your voice and call the workers out before you get service. This place needs a completely new service staff. The manager is more focused on flirting around then managing and communicating. It’s no wonder you have to wait for 40 minutes for half your food.

Only 5 stars because Evan made it right ! Came in and was excited about my strawberry crème pie just for it to not be in the bag, called the store. A few times and finally returned after an hr and spoke to even and he was able to give me my pie , he remembered me haha. But thanks ! Very friendly guy !

Told to park at next window to wait for coffee. After seeing 5 vehicles get their orders. I pulled back to main window and asked for my coffee. Manager (Maria) told employee to pour my coffee and directed him to secondary window, yet I was right in front of them. Guy returned and placed cup on counter because he couldn’t locate me. Yet I got blamed for not being at secondary window to get coffee. Coffee was over sweetened and I threw it out.

I understand that I can go to any other McDonald's around the area but I prefer to go the one closest to my home, every time I go to this location they are completely unprofessional. Always playing around and laughing and not paying attention to anyone's orders, why do I say that? It is because my orders are always wrong and when ordering mcnuggets I never receive my sauces even the ones I pay extra for.. I've seen first hand that other people complain about their order and it only proves my point about my review. Also I order all the time through doordash or Uber, and it is all the same thing! Orders are always wrong.. extra items you pay for, you will never receive.. no sauces.. or always missing items.. I never really give reviews on this thing but this is already getting out of hand and becoming very very frustrating. Something has to be done

I was the only one inside at the time. I stood at the counter for over 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged me.
This is the McDonalds for the homeless. People off the street with signs in tow come in with cups and fill up and walk back out to the corner. Couple that with employees holding full conversations on their cell phone while cleaning tables makes this location a NO Go. Drive another block to Chick-fil-A. You won’t be sorry.

They are overwhelmed at this location. I do not think they have the staff for their needs and it definitely shows. I purchased a fountain drink only and it took 10 mins. When I went to fill it, there was no syrup in the machine. I was unable to get a refund as well due to the line being so long and no designated person at the register. They all just look at you from the back and continue. Being acknowledged even would help just to know they are aware of you.

They never have actual HOT fudge sundaes. You can tell the fudge they use it's from the bottle and not heated up. I've tried several times and I always get the bottled fudge.
