This location is pure s**** The level incompetence is mind boggling. I really don't see how this place is still operational. I ordered a drink for my kid, then when I got to the window, I was told my drink order was never inputed. I tell the girl at the window my order was just placed, all she says is "sorry" and proceeds to ignore me after that. Also, they have limited edition products advertised and they aren't even available for purchase until days from now. Horrible customer service and business practices.

They did not have the appropriate containers for the food. The service time was very slow and the fries were still old. They also didn't give me the ice cream that I ordered that they informed me they did not have a cone for. The happy meal was not in a happy meal box or bag but just the components were placed in the same bag as the rest of my food. They were very clearly understaffed and the location is mismanaged.

Love using their app to order, then I choose curbside and am there & back home in about 15 minutes. Service is friendly and the food was good.

We waited in the drive through while the order taker took 4 cars who came after me. I am in a bright colored vehicle. THERE IS NO WAY I CAN BE MISSED. Yet 4 cars who came after me got to put their orders in. I received my order just for the fries to be really nasty like they were old and reheated, and to make it worse the large fries that my kids were supposed to share weren't even half full.

Didn't have everything I was looking for which is understandable due to the pass storm. But I do have a issue with people not wearing mask, I was told that if they said they had a breathing problem they could not make them wear one. I did see the employee at the door issues a mask to a person coming in. But this was 6 people from the same family and they were not practicing social distance. I would recommend they show a medial statement saying they have a breathing problem.

Order online the still have to wait to find out we have to go through line. Or order breakfast to get there to be told breakfast is over. Then dont allow me to preorder breakfast. Boo

They have developed a routine to help speed up getting your order. They don't wait for you to get to the menu board to order but are outside and come up to you in the car. You still get the face to face interaction to order.
Slow drive thru lanes. No ketchup is given if you buy fries. They do have protocols to avoid as much contact as possible.

Very fresh food. But mos important fries. They were hot n fresh. Way 2 go McDonald's. Nobody wants cold fries. Thanks for always serving fresh hot fries. Another good location.

Very diapointed, food cold, not posting specials where you can see them, always needing to go back around and request items missing. Grandbabies want Me D's. Just wish ours was more focused on taking care of the customer
