Went to the drive thru and the other line was moving right away and I'm sitting in the other side never got waited on. Will not be going back.

I usually have amazing service here when I come overnight. From them remembering me and making small talk to even the special accommodations I need they remember without me having to ask but I just came here and ordered my burger( only 1 item) at 7:06pm and not only did I not receive it until 7:39pm but the manager was very rude and brushing me off and unwilling to speak with me on my order. Then came and tossed it on the counter and said there you go while walking away. I was not being rude or raising my voice. I didn’t constantly ask about my order. Hell after I told the guy at the counter I was here for my pick up order I didn’t even ask on the status of it until after 25 minutes of waiting. Manager was a guy with long hair that went more than halfway down his back.

Dirty inside no clean tables and trash everywhere
Also watched an employee drop part of the soda fountain nozzle fail to wash it properly and just stuck it back on

I would like to Thank Jacob so much for his outstanding performance as a manager. Let me just say you can definitely tell when someone get promoted because they were next in line and when someone actually earned their way up to the position they hold. As a daytime manager, Jacob did a wonderful job in fixing my order with a good attitude and good service. He definitely deserves the position he’s in and more. i’ve noticed that McDonald’s over the years has lost one very important traits that all fast food establishment should hold, which is customer service… All of these New and young employees are always too busy on their phones and always have an attitude and are there only for a paycheck… I wish McDonald’s corporate set their sights On my feedback to appreciate workers like Jacob and to Have more employees with outstanding customer service

This place is so slow always having people park and wait its Supposed to be a drive thru!!!

I ordered curbside and part of my order was incorrect. Did not provide straws or utensils. The team member was upset she had to walk back inside the restaurant to retrieve the missing items.

So disappointed. Twenty minute wait Large Fry, half full with no salt. Warm at best. 10pc nuggets cold and they forgot my hot mustard. Double cheeseburger only cheese and mayo. Again. Cold, dry and way too much mayo. If you are going to make me wait that long. Atleast make sure the food is fresh and get it right. Waste of $17.00. Such laziness.

Picked up the 5 dollar breakfast special. What a great deal it is. Sausage egg mcmuffin, hash brown and a coffee or small drink. Great service. Fast and polite staff. Food was also very good. Clean and well up kept facility. Will return and do give my recommendations for you to stop in a fill your hu guy belly with some good food from a friendly staff.

Received four chicken nuggets instead of six. Kinda disappointed...

Waited forever for more the 20 mins for food while they played and all the manager can say oh we're working on the order which makes no sense have well enough staff and nothing is being done but horsing around

This location is one of my favs. Jessica at the drive-thru window is always upbeat and positive, smiling. Also including the Staff, very friendly. This location is always busy. So I understand the wait. They are Hard working individuals. Much respect!

Food is always good and the ice coffees are delicious. Positive vibes !
