Honestly this location is not my favorite BUT caitlyn is amazing!!! She always brightens my day she knows exactly how I like my order (mcafe) she never is rude or aggressive like I have experienced there before and I still go here because Caitlyn is the best! I lost my receipt but I’m almost positive that’s her name she works the evening shift 3-10 I think? She wears a hat and pony tail. She is the best!!! She should be a manager honestly! She handles situations so well I’ve seen her deal with other customers and she’s great she is always great with me! Every store needs a caitlyn!!!

The food is always great but the customer service is extremely horrible. Every encounter I have had with any of the staff has always been horrible. Even on days when it is not busy and there is not a long line they are still extremely rude. They don’t work the register and seem very inconvenienced when someone needs help, after we’ve basically done the job for them by submitting our own orders on the kiosk or online. This evening it was extremely busy and the staff was rude to myself and multiple other customers in the store. I even told the manager that everyone at this location had horrible attitudes and he didn’t even acknowledge me and continued to walk behind the counter. He didn’t even have a name tag on so I can’t identify him, or the other staff. I’m assuming they do this on purpose so we cannot report them. I never leave reviews but I’ve had enough bad service there. I frequent the place because my child enjoys the food. But I will be taking my business to a different location from now on.

Surprised by such good service. Workers were very attentive and kind. It probably helped that uppermanagement was on site. But 5 stars all around while I was there.

The amount of times I try the drive through, am asked to wait, then someone a moment later pulls up to the second lane drive through and their order is immediately taken and they are sent ahead of me LOL never eating here again

This should not be balled 24/7. Ever time I come in the middle of the night they have some excuse of equipment not working or the systems down. People in the night shift do not want to work.

I feel like the people who own this place are nice but man yall hire the worst managers. The employees are nice except for the managers idk their names but they are women. My order was messed up and I wasn’t rude at all and it’s always something with one of them it’s like they hate their job? Should make that Kaitlyn girl a manager she’s nice

I understand that having people come in and ask for specific questions on the happy meal toys must get tiring, however many times people are collectors and appreciate at least a modicum of respect for our questions instead of dismissive attitude and “we don’t do that we just give them out”. We should all learn to respect others interests without making anyone feel like a nuisance.

Honestly the worst managed McDonalds I have been to. Tired of waiting 45 minutes for my food every time I do curbside pick up, most of the time they are out of every sauce, and many times items are just missing entirely. This time I ordered and waited 45 mins, had to go inside to ask about my order, which wasn’t even started yet. Manager didn’t seem to give two… well, you know. Like talking to a mute person.

I’m going to start driving a few extra minutes to the Portranco location.
