It's been difficult to find a mcdonald's with good service lately. This one was great. Spoke to the manager, told him his employees were great. Specifically Connor, perfect customer service, very friendly and had a smile from the minute we walked in until we left

Their meat quality has gone down. They did not ask if I wanted ketchup for the fries and there is not a self-service island with ketchup available so I had to go back to the counter and wait to get ketchup.

Typical of most McDonald locations, food ok, service good at drive thru. The app is useful for pickup outside. Going inside, different story, I waited 10 minutes or so after using the inside kiosk to order a sweet tea. Originally, was looking to buy gift cards which is why I went inside. But, the counter is rarely manned and the kiosk was my only option. I figured I'd talk to the person when I got my drink After a 10 minute wait, went up and she asked what I was waiting...
