Horrible experience today! Not the first time but this was the cherry on top. Made a mobile order for breakfast on the app, transaction is confirmed/paid so I start driving there. I arrived minutes after 10:30a, because of traffic and rain, but I assumed since the order is paid it’s all good, they made it already.
