Every McDonalds now just doesn’t give a damn about their register’s. I stood at the register ready to order for 15 minutes and the employees acted as if I was incompetent or something for not wanting to use the kiosk. These people suck at their jobs it’s just awful service as their motto I guess.

If I could rate this particular location less than 1 star, I would. The fact that I have NEVER, and I mean NEVER received my food from an actual window in the drive thru, but only in the parking lot after I’ve been parked speaks volumes. Whether it’s to fudge their drive thru stats for “efficiency” or some other random reason, this McDonald’s SUCKS. There’s just no other word. I’ve never experienced a worst location that consistently has such poor service. Why do I keep coming back? Because unfortunately, it’s the ONLY location nearby my home. We live outside of city limits so we’re pretty limited on selection. We’ve actually been parked in the parking lot after ordering in the drive thru for over TWENTY-TWO minutes before. THAT IS ABSURD! The management here is seriously lacking in its managerial skills and should probably take a class or two in scheduling and training their employees. The employees themselves who work the drive thru are seriously rude more than half the time and have major attitude. We’ve lived near this location since May 2025 and this is the first review (December 2025) that I’m writing. I’ve given it more than a fair chance. With that being said, GET IT TOGETHER MCDONALD’S!!!! Ray Crock (IYKYK) would be so ashamed of the poor job you’re doing!

I started off here for an Uber order, and the lady that assisted me at first told me that I was at the wrong store. This was after she took her time to even acknowledge that I was there in the first place. So I spoke with another employee after I discovered that I was in fact that the correct store. And was told that they could not find my order so I asked for a manager who came and greeted me and said that they would start working on it. So I sat and waited until he came and saw that I was still in the lobby and asked if I ever got my order and I said no. Because apparently someone else took it.
Then I canceled the order which messed up my delivery acceptance rate even though it was not a fault on my end. I got hungry, so I decided to order some food but they didn’t have the creamy chili sauce and then the sauce that I requested secondary to that was not in my bag.and just the service overall here is horrible. But thank you anyways

Horrible experience today. Drive through was packed and other customers were intentionally cutting others off. Knowing there was a highly anticipated drop should have been preparation enough for your staff. Typically on a slow day the staff is sub par, but today was inexcusable - McDonalds or not. I waited over 20 min from the time I paid till I got my food and drinks. Received half of my meal and then the girl at the window demanded my receipt, recanted and asked me to pull up to the next window. Did anyone come to the window - nope. I got out , knocked on the window and still nothing. Another 5 min. Nada. Finally a guy walked by and he saw me, I told him what happened and he said “uhm let me see if I can help.” Like huh? The manners and professionalism were down bad today! And did I ever see the girl that demanded my receipt - no. Called and no answer either. And on top of that the food was severely overcooked! Not even worth heating back up in the air fryer!

This McDonald's specifically caters to drive through. Dine in patrons are lucky if they receive order in under 20 minutes. I waited 40 minutes for my order! It was a bad experience for my frapp which waited in a corner for the rest of my order. Not a good time at all.

Love this McDonald’s but there’s a short lady manager with glasses that needs to work on her Drive Thru skills. I understand that she’s trying to get cars out fast but when she doesn’t let you place an order then it gets frustrating. I myself am a Manager at a food place and I run a drive thru as well, but I let my guests talk first while ordering. Cutting them off is not an option like this manager did to me today.

I remember her face freaking rude.i didn’t get her name but i remember her face.make us wait in the front drive through coz she said next window.and no one’s in there.i ask her instead come to the window she keep saying idk where’s the food with her hand.im just wanna ask its already 3 cars pass and we got there first.and its only nuggets and price.ang guest what when the tall Guy hand our order its already cold.so it means it’s Just setting there.im gonna comeback and will get her name.of u hate your job just quit.

Long wait. Half filled fries.
10 minute wait for someone to come to the speaker at drive thru. They always forget stuff no matter if you’re asked to park or wait at the window. Food is never fresh and fries are partially filled. They’ll stack a fuller fry box on top of the half-filled fries in the bag. They’ve done it for the last few months
