Came here to order and the lady sat on the speaker said I’ll be right with you then never came back on had took 2 other people who came after me order. Workers need to get it together.
Completely unbelievable. We have been stuck in line over 40 minutes just got to the window and this girl is dancing in circles. They must be busy slaughter a cow for my burgers and had to run to Walmart for 🍟. I thought being a new location service would be better. Very disappointing new management may be necessary. Can go in to get it because the door was locked. Well just hit our 45 minute mark. Took money but where is my food. this McDonald's sucks.Well back again ordered online and have been stuck in drivethru 45 minute what can I do I prepaid.
Employees had attitudes like they hate they job and hate their customers which is ridiculous we are spending money but it's very small and I think some people mess it up for everyone else employees stand off to the side and hid from customers walking in they are always on their phone and yesterday I went the manager was on her phone ordering food for a relative while customers were piled up from the door waiting on her to be done buying her relative some food looking at us with a attitude Her last name was Ford the manager very rude and impolite again if you hate your job why do you continue to work there it's not the customers problem. And they have a sign that says crispy fries boy they need to take that sign down they fries are not crispy I ordered a basket of fries and they were all soft none of them was crispy so yeah that sign has to be took down nothing whatsoever was crispy in that basket of fries I got wouldn't recommend to anyone

Curbside said on the way and it took over 10 minutes after notification. Plus sold out of happy meal toy not mentioned in app.
This is one of worst McDonald's I have been to in terms of service and unfortunately it is the closest to my house. The drive thru service is so slow compared to other stores.. All I order is 2 sausage mcmuffins and I do so in the mobile app at least 5-10 minutes before I arrive at the store and yet they still make me pull into a drive thru spot to wait for my order and it takes another 5 minutes to get mey food. This never happens at other McDonald's I have ordered from. Then to top it off the food doesn't even taste fresh.
Only bad experience I had was today. Kids not even making sense over the intercom and laughing as they handed me my food. Not even sure I should eat it. Whoever the owner is.. should probably check out your staff.

The person taking the drive through order was very rude. My deaf mother was placing an order, they have the hearing/speech impaired sticker on their window, and the person taking the order continued to tell her that she needs to place the order at the intercom despite us relaying the fact that she is deaf to him. He continued to say he didn’t know why they had the sticker on the window since no one knows sign language. No one expects you to. Pen and paper work just fine. She was communicating her order through her phone and he continued to spout his nonsensical answers.

We didn't know the lobby was closed and instead of being professional, the manager told us to get the hell out of their parking lot.

I went this morning for breakfast and ordered ahead using the Mobile app (5 Sausage, Egg, and cheese biscuits). When I got to the window I got the coffee I ordered and asked for a cup of water and ice since I was going to be pulled up to wait. I asked if I could get it now and the guy said no he would bring it out. When I got my order brought out I asked if there was ketchup and the guy in glasses says to me "I
just bring the bag they give me" I asked for ketchup please and he rolled his eyes and walked off. I said forget it!! I will get my own! I went in and got my ketchup and drove to my office and to no surprise the order was wrong! NONE of my biscuits had egg!! I tried calling and of course nobody answers so here is my review.

The person at the window was incredibly rude: hardly acknowledged my presence even after I said 'Thank you,' didn't tell me that the rest of my order was still on the way, opting instead to have me sit in awkward silence without saying anything, and snapped at me with attitude when I returned for it.
I am never returning to this location, and indeed recommend going elsewhere.

Placed an order ahead of time (happy meal) hoping I’d be able to get out fast. I got my order 1 HOUR after the app said it was handed to me. Food was cold and old, I’m assuming because it had been sitting for a while. Chose curbside as my pick option and had to go through the drive thru to get it. Why would you provide an option that won’t be honored? From my point of view, the restaurant was not busy UNTIL people were ignored and the cars started to pile up. For a nice looking location, service was extremely poor.
