Monique was such a delight to encounter at this McDonald’s. She was so courteous and polite, and helped us a lot. Anything I had a question about on the menu she helped me out. Even to go as far as coming over, do you need more refills so polite she deserves a raise!

What is with the phenomenon in fast food right now where you’re paying twice as much, getting half the quality (of ingredients, service, atmosphere, etc.), while waiting three times as long for your food? As others have said, do not come here expecting FAST FOOD, and if you’re a delivery driver: decline, decline, decline!

Had a mishap at the McDonald's down the road (power outage) so they sent me to this one. James provided excellent customer service and made it right for me. He has great demeanor, calmness. Treated every customer with respect. Keep James as an employee. You need more people like this working. James, you're awesome!

Store is always 15 + mins late on doordash pick ups
Waited 35 minutes in curbside just a meal! I had to walk in and ask what’s going on. It turns out my food is ready but nobody is taking it out. It was sitting there and got COLD. Why is no one taking out the food when it’s ready? Why is no one taking care of curbside? And even the drive through was taking forever! I been here so many times and for sure say this is the SLOWEST McDonald EVER! And it’s wasn’t even during the rush hour, it was during 9pm at night.

The slowest McDonald's. They want the lines to build up and curb side over packed to deflect customers only to go slower when they realize no one is leaving. Every car gets pulled up to a designated spot so the next person can wait for their same food. Every. Single. Time. Managers and GMs do not care anymore as long as you wait in the line and pay for the mediocre food.

Waited 30 minutes for curbside order just to have employee come out and ask what my order was. I will definitely drive to the bulverde one as I will get home quicker than this store because their services is way faster. No apology for the wait time or anything.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Management is terrible. Drive thru line was at a dead stop for 40 minutes while waiting to get a mobile order. No movement. No phone call answered. No refund. Pathetic.
