My burger was clearly old and they didn't even put onions on it like it comes. The crew needs a lot of adjustment to their practices. Corporate needs to visit or something, just awful.

Worst McDonald's ever. These staff assholes all they do is are brain dead. Don't know how these people even function in life. I wish them the best because if you can't even work at McDonald's properly something is wrong with you truly not sure how you're going to make it in this world. I ordered 2 Big Macs and 10 piece nugget and one happy meal. Received 1 Big Mac and a double Big Mac????? A 20 piece nugget no SAUCE WHEN I ASLED FOR 3 SWEET N SOUR. And the happy meal was messed up too. This place sucks and the staff need to be fired because they are pathetic....

Horrible! The fries were cold , buns hard. Returned to get a fresh order of fries , the fresh ones delivered ( by an apparently less than enthused employee) must have salted them enough for 5 dozen orders of fries , they were once again not edible . Will NEVER GO

Bro. I can't even. This McDonals got our order wrong after multiple times of clarification on what we wanted. We didn't even order anything hard, we just asked for no drink with one of our burgers. But we got a drink, and they forgot our sauce. Second of all, the workers seemed like they didn't even care and the lady who was taking our order was very rude. The only reason we're gonna go back Is because we like the taste of McDonalds, but not the service at this one.

Terrible service. Very rude. They always, every time we've been there, forget something on the order. And they act as if you are bothering them when you ask them to correct it. The franchise owners should really be more particular when hiring staff.

This McDonalds is a disaster since it opened. Orders are wrong and service is inadequate. I agree that some workers try, but this is on management and especially the corporation.The photo attached shows what McDonalds thinks of you as a customer: zero interaction if possible. You can’t even get a napkin here, no drink refills, and if you want to talk to any staff member, the customer needs to walk around the register (so weird) or yell for assistance.I’m absolutely done with this company in general. They admittedly pushed their prices so high to test customers, constantly push their stupid app, and now the dining in experience is actually insulting.I wish Americans made choices to be more stingy with their money when it comes to bad value and service, but nope, we keep paying more for less and worse.

Such a rude lady at the pick up window. It sounded like she said her name was claudiella (maybe Claudia or Gabriella- she had a thick accent). to the window I asked for a strawberry jelly she handed me just one that look like it was busted so I politely asked if she could throw it away, and if I could get two of them. She rudely grabbed the one back from my hand, threw it on the counter, gave a heavy sigh, rolled her eyes, and then just kind of stuck the other two out at me.

I like only a few things. Sausage biscuit is one of them. I used to like the fish sandwich. Had one the other day; sadly disappointed. It's now half-sized; as if that wasn't enough, it's lost a big part of the flavor, too. So often, in today's economy, we have to experience down-sizing or a hike in cost, but the fish sandwich's reduced size is beyond reason. It's now off my menu.
