I was stuck here for a few hours. I personally witnessed several horrid customers worthy of youtube infamy, and the staff remained cool, calm, professional, and friendly throughout all of it. They did their best to keep things clean despite customers leaving trash. They were patient when they had every right to be short. I am embarassed on behalf of the other, presumably, adults who came in and acted like such children.
Also my steak bagel was delicious.
The kitchen looked remarkably clean and the crew sounded in sync and on the job.

So this isn’t the first time but the third time I’ve witnessed very rude and disrespectful behavior especially with the staff idk if one of them was a manager but I was able to get there name “Julissa & Andy” if I’m not mistaken. They had very rude approach to most of their customers. Even seen them giving their coworkers attitude and yelling at them. Idk if this has been notified to HR but it should be in my opinion. That is veryy unprofessional behavior especially as a manager .

I don’t know why but yall continue to disappoint me. All I wanted was a small cup of coffee and I get a cup full of coffee grounds. I poured the cup into a bigger mug just to see what I was drinking and I got a mouth full of grounds. This is trash and so are all the women who work the morning shift

Consistently horrible service at this location, especially after hours. It once took me nearly an hour to get through the line. (There were three cars ahead of me when I pulled in.) Food rarely fresh. I just waited 20 minutes to get through the line only to be told that I wouldn't be receiving my online order (which I was charged for) due to an internal error. The employees looked at me like I was supposed to know how to solve their problem instead of just preparing the order that was clearly bought and paid for. Dismal.
I know it might get super busy from time to time but they need to take and analys there order before giving them to the customer... They are getting all the order wrong ..

This is perhaps the slowest McDonald's I have ever visited. And they cannot handle customizations at all. Order ketchup on your sausage mc muffin and you'll get ham instead. Add cheese to your mc chicken, get no sauce. What a mess.

Work deliveries early mornings. Can’t get into the drive thru with truck. Waited til 6:05 am when the lobby opens to be told that I couldn’t get in because they weren’t ready. Then she just closed the door on my face when I asked if they could help cause I was in a delivery truck & the app was saying curbside was closed. Will come back to this location while on route.
