Every time I get sick with the cold or the flu, I order their chicken soup/ caldo de Pollo. It's delicious & it always makes me feel better. It's the closest it gets to my mom's caldo de Pollo, and I love it, being so far away from home. I last ordered it today because I have a nasty cold, and I'm feeling better. Gracias Mi Rancho!

We have frequented this restaurant for about 3 years. They have reasonable prices; menu online. Today we went through the drive-through, which we do a lot and ordered three bean and rice tacos. After we got home, we noticed that the beans were delicious yet the rice was hard. I spoke to Jorge on the phone and he was very professional and apologized. I would recommend this restaurant for your family. They have really good Mexican food. ✝️

Had family meet up here to catch up over a meal. It wasnt bad, lots of space, food wasnt bad. Only thing was the waitress didnt know english. I asked her twice for lemons for my water. Once when i asked for water and again when she returned. She kept saying ok and never followed through. It became a running joke where after myself two others at the table asked for lemons as well and got the same reply. We ended up asking someone with a plate when we all received our food if i could have their lemons even though my water was half empty by then and was never offered a refill. But the the world didnt end, we ate and the situation made my nephew laugh.

Not happy from the staff here(the so call manager and clerk) was asked to adjust the a/c given it was extremely cold in the dining room and she absolutely refused to and dismissed me. She later came back to me at the table where I and my party were still waiting for service and claimed she had tried but couldn’t make the desired adjustment to the a/c. We even tried moving tables as the waitress claimed not all vents were blowing without change to the discomfort we felt. We’ll need to rush through our meal to leave promptly and get out of this place. May not return in the future, regardless of the quality of food or the waitress effort relieved our dissatisfaction.
