First time to visit. The restaurant is quaint and probably romantic but we arrived around 5...happy hour. A few things on their happy hour menu, Shrimp Milano was excellent. So of course, I had to order the Chicken shrimp Milano dish which was just as good. My husband ordered the trout which was pretty basic and not very flavorful. We were celebrating our anniversary so decided to order dessert too. Our waiter, whom we loved, brought over a plate to show us the desserts...we are chocolate lovers so we chose the chocolate cake that looked amazing. Much to our surprise the waiter came back with this huge slice of cake which at first glance, immediately gave it away that it was not the same kind as shown on the plate. We were like what? The waiter quietly said they had run out of cake and this was an HEB cake? I think the size of the slice was to make up for the difference. I don't have anything against HEB cakes, but I admit nothing beats a good homemade cake; I expected something better than that from a "pricey" restaurant.

This is our favorite Italian restaurant. The restaurant itself is peaceful and nicely appointed. The staff are all nice people. Every dish we've tried has been delicious. I recommend the chicken cannelloni, mustard chicken, and fried ravioli.

Excellent restaurant! The atmosphere, service, and good were all fantastic. We had the cheese ravioli and bruschetta as appetizers. Both were great. I had the trout almondine and subbed the pesto penne for a slight uncharge. It was definitely worth it, and I'd highly recommend this meal. And the pprtions were very generous. Add it to your "must try" restaurants. You won't be disappointed

The wait staff were superb! The only negative was in the women’s restroom there was only 1 toilet! What’s with that? Something needs to be done.

Had my grandma's 100th birthday there and it was nice. We had a private room and they made sure all the drinks were filled the whole time and when we ordered the food, it came out quick. The bread was soft, the salad could of used way more dressing, but the lasagna was delicious and the chicken Alfredo was a little bland but still pretty good. Would recommend to anyone looking for good Italian food
Parking: Plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: It's a nice place but they are easy going you can tell they don't mind kids dinning there. I had my 8, 10, 15 year old kids and they were accommodating

I ate here and I couldn't have been more happy. Great service from our waiter who also joined our jokes and bought everything we asked for. The singer was also great. They also have a piano hopefully next time we can hear it. What a great experience

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. Upon arrival, we were left standing at the entrance for several minutes without being greeted. When we were finally seated, a woman came to our table, ignored our greetings, and silently removed extra plate settings and placed a candle before walking away.
It took far too long for a server to acknowledge us, and even then, he didn’t introduce himself. After finally placing our orders, we waited over 30 minutes for the food to arrive. During that time, the server seemed more focused on the private party room than on us. When the food was served, he offered to grate cheese but walked off mid-grating without any signal from us to stop, once again prioritizing the party room over his other tables.
To make matters worse, there was a dropped plate incident in the dining area, adding to the chaotic atmosphere. The food itself was a massive letdown. My chicken piccata was overcooked and dry, with hard edges, and it lacked the lemon butter sauce that defines the dish. My boyfriend’s capellini Milano was equally disappointing, consisting of bland and dry angel hair pasta.
The overall experience was unpleasant, and it was clear the restaurant was short-staffed, creating a tense atmosphere. For the price we paid, the quality and service were unacceptable. This visit fell far below the expectations set by our previous visits, and we won’t be returning anytime soon.
