Normally I do but I’m beginning to wonder how they can just shut down for Renovations with no update and when you call number it’s out of service….just tell your customers what’s going on…

The pizza was not as good as I had hoped. It tasted similar to Papa Johns... sauce was too sweet and there was too much sauce on the pizza. This pizza is not even close to NY Pizza... won’t be back.

The pizza is amazing. They’re always so friendly when I walk in. The pizza chef is very good looking. I love going during lunch time seeing those nice arms. I go at least once a week now.

So let me start off by saying that I'm from Jersey and spent all my teen years working in pizza places. Any time I go home it is understood that I haven't had "real pizza " since my last visit and I absolutely understand that anyone born and raised tx wouldn't understand. But this place here!!!! Omg! If it wasn't still 95 degrees mid September I would have thought I was back home!! The pizza, the wings, even the garlic knots were all absolutely amazing! Finding this place has made my whole weekend!

If your looking for authentic New York style garlic knots this is the place to go. I'm a born and raised New Yorker and haven't found another place besides Miss Ellie's that nails it every time! Only thing I was missing from back home, was some oregano lightly drizzled on top of my pizza. Other than that enjoy the food and get a slice of New York while visiting Miss Ellie's.

Frozen/canned veggies and spinach on the veggie pizza is awful tasting. I give it 0/10 stars. Kids gave the cheese pizza 2/10 stars. Garlic knots had a weird grainy texture. We will not be back. The quest for good pizza continues. And I agree with others about the weird vibe from the staff, This is the South, and being friendly is kinda really important to customers.

We were looking for local pizza and stopped here. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza. It was pretty good, convenient location too.

Seriously a lil piece of NYC here in San Antonio! Best pizza I’ve had since I’ve moved here! Comes with NYC ‘tude too! Love being able to buy it by the slice so everyone can have what they like! So good!!!

Pizza is good... Just really need to work on your customer service. It's not a very welcoming pizza spot. Going into the store or ordering over the phone you never feel like they appreciate your business and you feel like your always getting attitude from the employees.

Not NY taste for those northern transplants. In my few experiences the pizza has been too heavily sauced. The sauce itself has a sweet undertone, which I don't particularly like, however this is a personal preference. Staff is nice.

Pizza crust was amazing. You can definitely tell their ovens are hot. Crispy bottom crust without burning the top. Garlic knots were a guilty pleasure as well.

Hands down, THE BEST NY Style Pizza and Garlic Knots in town!

The Freshness of the pizza I had deserves 5 stars within itself.... Definitely became a customer who will return...
