Food is good - but geeze! $20 for tacos, a drink, tax, and tip? This is a taco truck, not a restaurant. These guys aren't going to last long with El Guacamole a quarter mile away serving the same quality food for cheaper and free chips and salsa...or when the taco palenque opens up across the street. It's just too expensive for a taco truck.

Ordered 2 quesabirria plates and 1 mini tacos asada plate, total was $42. The asada tacos were tough and unseasoned. The quesabirria came with 3 tacos with hardly any meat and I bit into a bone. I had to remove the 2nd layer tortilla or I’d be eating straight tortilla. Not worth the money at all.

This is a place that is a microcosm of the impacts of tariffs.
Got 4 fajita tacos and 2 mexican bottle sodas and the total was $30. They charge $5 for one taco! Although they're delicious; the $5 for each isn't commensurate to what the price of any gourmet taco should be much less a food truck.
Wonderful staff and overall good food. They just have to charge what they do in order to keep selling tacos and I cant reason one $5 taco

NEW LOCATION, SAME FIRE FLAVOR Miss Tacos is now serving in 5959 San Pedro Avenue
So, apparently tacos are $5 each and 3 tacos per order is the default, which is not listed on the menu. We changed our order to 1 taco each, and after getting home instantly regretted it. Should have stayed with 3 as they were fantastic. I had a torta which was also great. Will definitely be back!
Plenty of parking
Great menu selection
Husband didn't care for the beans as there wasn't any seasoning
Tacos were fanty!
Fresh cut vegg
Buzzer notification makes it easy
Customer friendly you can call ahead and gets done exactly the time they promised it's going to be. Really good food estilo mexicano.
Restaurantji Recommends
My husband and I moved down the street and we tried their mini tacos and I was not impressed. The only good thing was their green salsa. We only stopped at this food truck because McDonald’s was super packed. I rather drive all the way to the taco truck on I 10 and West Avenue that’s in the corner. They have always been number one!
Best street tacos in Castroville!!!! Stop by and get you some of my FAVORITE Mini Asada Tacos. They are ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY 🫶 Quick, and consistent!!! So happy to not have to drive to SA when we want our street tacos fix.
Food was horrible, got quesa birra tacos, dry asl no flavor very little meat, tortillas smelt funky asl. Avoid this place lime the plague. Got elote too and they didnt even put chile in it and they put the feet smelling cheese. Mini tacos were aight but we asked for grilled onions. Beans were okay
