Then they told us they were out of beef. No biggie. When we go to get are food they are out of beef, chicken, noodles, and lots of the veggies. Only had a few options and none of them the good ones. Then the sauces. Out of all our favorites. No Khans, no lemon, no lime. The cooks pulled our food off while the chicken was still raw. While we were standing there another customer brought their raw chicken back up to be cooked longer. Server did the best she could. Management was not helpful. Don’t know where we will have our family dinners now. Give us back our old Huhot!

They ran out of chicken, beef, house sauce, and salad dressing at 6:30pm. Cooks didn't know who the food belonged to and handed my food to someone else. Overall seemed dirty and sloppy. Server was nice though.

Sadly after being a regular here for years, today will be my last visit. After much hype and patience with the month long closure remodel to open, we were highly disappointed. Clearly not taking the time to retrain and or polish staff job skill sets was a highly missed opportunity. Was hoping the dark dingey decor and art would be replaced to something more inviting, instead they added to it. Removing the bar just to spread out the seating gave it a cheap walmart remodel feel. Nice job on getting rid of the nasty carpet tho. Cooks still dont seem to understand simple directions or understand english makes it very frustrating.

Let me start by saying I love the food here. When Huhot closed recently, we missed it.
Today, I received an email that HuHot is open!
Well, something happened though. While holding my plates waiting for the cooks to pickup, some roach flew in on the counter.
This roach was approximately two feet from my food. It was pretty disgusting and everyone saw it. The cooks were stunned and didn't look like they knew what to do.
I immediately asked for the manager. Turns out, the manager was one of the cooks and he definitely saw it.
He told me there was nothing he could do and they have a pest control company.
One cook attempted to remove the still in position roach with two of the black bowls customers use for food. The roach slipped between and fell in the floor.
I had to remind the staff that they had not yet cleaned the counter where the roach was at earlier. Then they wiped the counter and continued as normal.
There must have been five to seven people behind me when this happened. I told the manager I wanted to speak to him at my table.
Well, the manager never showed up so I asked the waiter to speak to the manager or higher. The waiter came back with the phone number of the higher up. He didn't have the courtesy to talk to me direct.
I left a voicemail to the number provided. HuHot customers deserve better management. He should have addressed the problem properly and in my opinion he could have done better.
First, he should have apologized to everyone behind the counter at the time. He should have assured them the issue will be dealt with. He also should have at least spoken to me at my table as I asked. Optionally, all those behind that counter should get at least a discount. Instead, he blew off talking to me and didn't communicate to those people behind the counter.
I am waiting for a callback from that number they provided.

Well, I live close by and we usually visit on weekends with the family. Never had an issue with the food or service but the place really did need some much needed TLC. So the other day I grabbed my wife and we drive over to celebrate my birthday, cause I get a free meal with the Huhot app rewards, but lo and behold. The restaurant was closed!! It's a little bit of a mixed reaction because I'm bummed that I missed out on my free meal, lol, but I'm grateful and happy at the same time that it wasn't getting closed permanently like the other location and that it's going get that update everyone knows it needed. Can't wait for the grand re-opening!
Vegetarian options: There's plenty of veggies here but I'm not sure how that lifestyle works. If you can't have meat of any kind like if you were allergic to it, then this place may not work for you. I only say this because they would still be cooking your food on the grill with everyone else's food which would contain meats.

We just went today as of October 6th, 2024. We walked in and they told us they were out of noodles, some sauces, and a few other things. The main thing their restaurant depends on, and they're out of it?
I'm from out of state and the last time I ate at a HuHot was a few years ago, I was excited to dine and have some good food just for there to not be any.
