It’s my second time to dine at Mod Pizza. The second time each time I choose a table the table is full of crumbs. Out of ten tables maybe two did not have crumbs. They need to wipe clean all the tables.

I ordered a pizza and asked for some extra sauce but they forgot all the sauce entirely and some of the other items on the pizza I called the mod service support and ms Krista answered the phone but told me I had to contact uber eats since I placed the order through them I was thanking her for her help and she proceeded to hang up which led to me leaving this review this is the worst mod experience I’ve had cuz like HOW DO YOU FORGET THE SUACE ON A PIZZA ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ASKED FOR EXTRA

This location has the worst customer service!!! Employees frequently have earbuds in and in general seem to be annoyed at having to work or interact with customers. They seem to have attitude with certain customers who look different from themselves and seemed to provide smaller portions based on this bias. My pizza on the first visit was cooked perfectly and on my second was undercooked and had a soggier crust. Quality and consistency seem to be issues on both visits. I also believe the pesto, which doesn’t seem to be refrigerated caused major intestinal issues on 2 different visits. I won’t be back to this location and strongly recommend you go to another if that’s an option for you. The pizza is quite tasty when properly prepared and cooked, but the customer service is so lacking and the pesto situation made it impossible to focus on the one good pizza crust. Grimaldi’s has the same type oven, amazing pizza and the customer service was superior in every way! I’d recommend visiting them instead!

I always come here for the cheese bread. Today I had to come with my dog. I ordered inside and told them I would comeback in, as I was going to sit with my good girl. When I was about to go grab the pizza a worker came out and handed me my order. That is really more than expected. I could not have been happier about my service. Thank you
