Cleaning wasn’t the best, lines were long, watched two parties leave waiting in line, A review from six days ago shows the same issues that are here today. Staff workers complained when asked to do their jobs. Tables were filled with grime and grossness. Food was so good but cleanliness was definitely lacking and customer service.edit. Out of toilet paper too

We loved, loved going to Mod we took people here that never heard of it just to show them how awesome it is, about 5 years later and oh how the mighty have fallen. Walk in the young man making/pressing the dough has a beanie on but strategically has some of his long hair coming out the front of it, I guess to look cool, mission failed. As usual its not clean in here tables are sticky, as per usual. Cheese and other food scraps in the chairs. Second half of dinning room closed off before we got here at 7pm, in theory to clean less at close. Mystery spill/leak but no worries there are ten rags on the ground. The hair offender cut pizza, and handed lids from the back, shelves were out in dinning, no gloves and picked up the broom to sweep as well. Juice containers do not look clean either. IF I am brave enough to go to Mod again it will be on 281 never Vinyard again.

Hit or Miss on the pizza. It's great when it's great and soggy when not. Mainly it's about how long they leave it in and whether it gets crispy enough for the crust. If it is, it comes out really nice for a personal pizza for each of your own party and to their liking. It's a clean nice looking establishment. Can be a little cold in the side with AC blaring. So if you have cold patrons, be warned to bring cover for your arms.

Pretty good, I miss urban bricks and well I'm too lazy to drive to the rim so this will do I guess.
I had the Caspian pizza and added olives and mushrooms, so good! Variety of fresh meat and veggie options. As soon as you wake through the door, it's a great atmosphere! Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

I ordered MOD Pizza on DoorDash on March 27th around 7:20 PM, but my order was missing the Mike’s Hot Honey I paid for. Having worked at MOD before, I get that things can get hectic especially on a Friday night when it’s raining, but after reading similar reviews, it seems like it’s a recurring issue at this location. The pizza itself was decent—I tried ricotta with pineapple, Canadian bacon, and mozzarella, which was interesting, but I prefer it with just the hot honey for that perfect sweet and spicy kick and without the ricotta. The salad, however, was disappointing—only about four croutons and a weird taste. If I ever go and visit in person, I hope they do better with accuracy on condiments and extras.

Very disappointed!! I was so excited to eat my pizza after such a long day, but when I got home I discovered my pizza was DRENCHED in hot honey! It was so sweet it was inedible and had to go somewhere else. So sad so disappointed:(

I cannot emphasize enough how bad the quality has gotten in recent years. My pizzas are always undercooked, missing toppings, and they even forgot to cut mine on a recent order. Such a shame, it used to be a family favorite.
