This is just the BEST location, not just because of the food and how well they maintain the ingredients, but also because of the teamwork. They literally operate like a basketball team. They support each other and obviously get along well to get the work done fast and with excellence. I often come in to place my order with Rem, but even when she’s not there, they still have the same kindness and consideration when making my food. I like coming here for the food. But I also like coming here because of how I’m treated. Thank you all!

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space to get around AND they are helpful. They look you in the eye.

Omg! They have the Best pizza in San Antonio!! We love the sweet BBQ Sauce instead of regular pizza sauce !! It’s to die for! And the employees are so kind and friendly!!

Nothing was picture worthy. Pizza toppings were barely there... Service was barely there. In a word: sloppy. A much nicer description than my husband suggested. Hard pass.

Mod Pizza is a great pizza chain. Definitely one of my top favorites. However this location is absolutely horrible due to the employees running the establishment. This is nothing personal against mod. Whoever owns this location needs to do an overhaul from top to bottom on their employees. If a first time customer to mod came to this location they would have a bad image of mod in general.

The girl who made our pizza was sweet and attentive. They were quick with the service but when it came to the actual pizza. It was very greasy and undercooked. I had asked for an additional plate and the employee man was snappy when giving me the plate. All the pizzas coming out were undercooked and very greasy, the mega dough we ordered wasn't even the same consistency. Do Not recommend coming here. I would recommend the one on 151 and Westover Hill. Better quality.

We come this mod has always great. This time they were rude! there were four chubby guys working the counter that did not look like they liked their jobs There were no fountain drinks, teas, lemon aide. They were not worried about the making any also. They fixed the fountain drink machine while we waited. Then I ask for parmigiana cheese and they say very rudely. We do not have any! We will not be coming back!
