We went to get the buy regular pizza/salad & get kids meal free. My daughter did not want milk or juice, I had to pay extra for a drink (regular price, almost $4). She got the cheese pizza & i got the mad dog with spicy chicken sausage added. The pizza was not covered completely with cheese & seemed as though some toppings were missed or just barely put on. Then it was freezing 🥶 cold inside, so she quickly ate her pizza & I ate 2 pieces & we left. Other patrons were also talking about how cold it was inside & they went outside to eat with their kids.

Food was overpriced and incredibly bland. Every member of my family came to the same conclusion without discussing with First. Each person independently thought the food sucked and had no flavor. Even the sauce was bland. Not worth the price. Even if it was free, it would be filling, but it wouldn’t be tasteful Therefore, I don’t see myself going there ever again unless who’s ever in charge of the food make some changes that there’s more seasoning and flavoring. Start with good sauce. A pizza without good sauce is a recipe for her an unappealing experience.

The truth must be told. Sorry MOD pizza but, I must be brutally honest and I will not hold back. The pizza was delicious l, no doubt. The service, phenomenal. The atmosphere beautiful and I love all of the decorations and pics. I love it. But there's but one thing I noticed that you guys haven't noticed at all. The lid holder is so frikin dirty I was shocked!!!! Don't you guys see that when refilling it, or it is just me seeing things? Thats very disgusting. Please make note of it. Because next time it will be the dept of health.

First ever visit. Staff coached me through the order process. Huge number of toppings. I got anchovies, as they are a favorite, not often carried by lower price chains. Got a MOD carryout and live a ways away, so reheated at home. Great flavor, thin, tasty crust, great sauce and toppings. Will be back!

I ordered a cauliflower crust online because I mistakenly thought it was dairy free & it was for someone with a dairy allergy. When I showed up, they had the pizza ready but asked if that pizza was for someone with a dairy allergy. When I said yes, they offered to remake the pizza with the dairy free crust free of charge & provided me with a complimentary drink while I waited. Great service!!

They made our pizza exactly how we asked and it was delicious. The salads were spot on and drinks were cold. Clean and friendly staff.
Have been to this location before, staff was amazing especially the manager that has short curl hair, black glasses and about 6’1’. Everyone there was on their best cleaning after every person and order. Appropriate it in today’s world where things spread like lies.

Your manager at the dove creek or dove canyon location in San Antonio was just sticking his finger in his nose and wiping his nose over and over with his hand while on oven duty. He wasn't using gloves and didn't wash his hands. He grabbed the slicer and sliced the pizza and closed their box and gave it to them. He also set the cutter back on the work station and contaminated the surface. I didn't even know he was the manager. When it was my turn in line I asked to speak to the manager and the girl called him over. Absolutely disgusting. I didn't ask his name but I did call him out for it in front of your other workers and customers. He was wearing a black hat and glasses about 6ft 1 or so and had semi curly or shaggy ish hair. Y'all need to retrain him on proper food handling or demote him from manager until he can prove he can uphold the very basics of proper food service. Yuck. I normally like mod pizza but I won't be back to this location for a while after seeing that.
No snotcrust pizza for me thanks.
