Love Mod! Fast and delicious pizza. Never had a bad experience.
I tried to give them a chance. They mess up my order every time I am there. I either don't get what I ordered, I am overcharged, or flat out have to tell them 4-5 times I order to get my order right. Staff appear to either not be listening or just don't care.

Pizza was just okay.Bottom of crust was burnt tasting. It was my first time at this place. Young girl that made my pizza kept looking suspicious with a smirky smile.I was trying out the pizza but the only thing was the burnt part.

Had an amazing dinner after a movie. The staff working that night went above and beyond with their customer service. We will be saving this location as our go to pizza place for date nights.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had such an upsetting experience at this MOD Pizza that I feel like I need to say something. I’m genuinely disappointed and offended by how I was treated by one of the staff members.
When I got to the counter, the employee had just helped an older couple ahead of me and was very polite with them. But the moment I stepped up, his entire attitude shifted. He was passive-aggressive and rude for no reason. I was on my phone taking care of something important, but I still made sure to be respectful and responded with “yes sir” and “no thank you” during the entire interaction. Still, he acted like I was an inconvenience.
When it came time to pay, I showed him my military ID. He said “thank you for your service,” but in such a flat, dismissive tone that it felt like he didn’t mean it at all. It felt more like an obligation than any kind of genuine appreciation. I still tipped 25% because I wanted to be generous, even though his behavior didn’t warrant it. I know he saw the tip amount, and yet he still acted cold and disrespectful.
I told him my order was to-go, but it came out on a plate for dine-in. When I reminded him, he actually smacked his lips and tossed the food into a box before sliding it over without saying a single word. Then he just walked away. No thank you, no goodbye, nothing.
I’ve never felt so disrespected in a restaurant before. I don’t want anything in return, and I won’t be back to this location anyway since I’m moving soon. I just want management to know what happened. No person deserves to be treated like that. Excuse me for wanting to get some pizza without being made to feel like a burden.
There are so many people with good customer service wanting to work, and those who don’t know how to treat people good get the job. Bad service at this location.

Highly unprofessional and horrible customer service by so called “manager” named Julius. He’s a young short guy with glasses and medium long hair. No customer satisfaction whatsoever was given. He kept throwing up his shoulders and did not care about our problem. I get this is a fast food restaurant or at least has the qualities of one, but management needs to be better.

when me and my bf got our food it looked really good but the moment we ate it the cheese tasted moldy and there was green stuff all over the crust. it was a waste of $32 so we will NEVER be back again. my bf only liked the beer which was in a glass bottle.
