Let me start with I like MOD pizza. The pizza is pretty good and I like the fact that they have gluten free options. Today we went in to grab a bite to eat for my daughter. The place was filthy. There was cross contamination in all their toppings. The floor was disgusting, none of the tables were clean and the trash cans inside and out were full and overflowing. You can tell there is no organization or management present and they really only focus on to go orders and they do not keep up with the in person customers or the restaurant. For the price you pay, I'd save my money and go somewhere cleaner and better.

Went for the first time yesterday. We stood in line for 25 minutes and the line wasn't moving at all, all the employees there were only working on mobile/online orders. They gave us no acknowledgement the whole time, until my bro spoke up and asked to speak to the manager and then the guy who was supposed to be manning the counter immediately started helping us after 25 minutes. Even if your busy please tell us you'll be right with us our something don't just ignore everyone. A few customers ahead of us left and a few thanked my bro for speaking up. The manager just told us they are understaffed but they had at least 6 people working? This was 8pm so not during peak hours... Food was decent but they gave me the wrong pizza on both my pizzas I guess they mixed up the orders in the oven. I did like how they made the pizza there fresh in the oven.

I was disappointed with the salad I paid $11.14 I can go to whatabuger and get a better portion that Mod pizza it's crazy how expensive it was and you get such a small portion I wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a cheese pizza and got a sauce pizza with barely any cheese. I called and the person over the phone fixed it without any problems.Just be sure to check your box before going home. This is the second time they did this with toppings.

The last two times I placed an order they got it wrong. I added arugula, red onion, and olives and they put chicken on my pepperoni pizza. I need to start checking this before I walk out.

My husband and I came out for a quick bite to eat on date night! We loved the idea of all the fresh ingredients to add to your pizza! Service was good as far as being patient while I chose from the man ingredients to add to our pizza! The salad was fresh and we enjoyed it!!
