I just wanted to share, we had an amazing vegan lunch at Mr. Ramen. This is the second time we went here, the first time we went was terrible, bad service, waiters on cell phones when people needed help, the meal took forever, etc. This was several months ago.Today we had none of these issues, it was a complete 180. The server, Elizabeth, was a delight, the food was amazing, and the vegan choices were wonderful. The vegan goyza was cooked perfectly!! I got the ramen with the tomato base, with a spice bomb and crunchy garlic and onion added in, the taste brought me to tears it was so good. This is no exaggeration, tears of joy came streaming down my face. My fiance got a non-vegan dish and she loved her dish just as much.I'm so impressed with how much this restaurant has turned around since my last visit. The owner has made over 5,000 bowls of ramen for EACH broth on the menu when he was perfecting the recipe, and you can taste it. It's a Korean + Japanese fusion restaurant well worth checking out. It's so nice having a place with vegan and non-vegan options. We will be back again!! I've included a picture of the menu to show some of the vegan choices to others.Dietary restrictions: Fantastic vegan options!!

I can definitely understand why this place was busy during lunch. Great place with great cat art. We had good service on our spur of the moment kid free lunch. The gyoza were hot, fresh and delicious. I had the katsu curry and it hit the spot! I was so happy with my bowl of steaming hot curry noodles and crispy katsu. My husband had the yakisoba and that is now his top spot for chicken yakisoba. I am excited to come back and try the ramen. Definitely good for a lunch or dinner date for a couple or group.

I am giving it 4 stars only because I got veggie ramen and it didn't have the flavor that I was hoping for. My fiancé on the other hand loved his ramen.

A nice spot to go for delicious ramen and gyoza. Perfect for a date, a solo meal, or family outing. Ice cream is also very cute and yummy!

I’ve had a few dishes and everything has been delicious. We love the sweet and spicy dumplings for an appetizer. The tonkatsu and shoyu broths for the ramen are both flavorful and the chicken chashu is tender. I love that you can customize your ramen with different noodles — I like the thin noodles, but it’s nice to change it up and have udon with all the ramen fixings. The waitstaff is kind, friendly, courteous — Elizabeth is the best and always makes great recommendations. The food comes out quick and hot every time. We love coming here!

There are so many options to make your already awesome ramen custom. Took me three visits to dial it in. And the gyozas are ridiculously good.

This was our first visit. There was one server that handled everything from To-Gos, answering telephone, serving/refilling dine-in patrons, and cashier. We were patient after we noticed she was the only front house employee. The menu has a variety to choose from. The server was completely knowledgeable in case you have questions. The serving size is big. You do get your money's worth. Price is a little high, but service and portion make up for it. Our meals were superb! ¡Delicioso! We will return. Thanks for the great evening!

We ended up here on Valentines Day, because the Oasis has been closed. The service was wonderful attentive. Unfortunately, my noodles had a surprising bit of crunch to them. I had the japchae (I've never had it crunchy before-texture was definitely off). I didn't bother complaining, it was Valentines Day. My plum sake' was delicious and I was in good company, so I just let it ride. I got a to-go box and cooked them a bit more at home. The ambience was alright, the place has a fast-food vibe.

Elizabeth was our server and she was amazing. Having her as a server at this fine establishment, is like running through fields of pork chashu and finding yourself in tonkotsu broth hot tubs. My entire soul has been marinated in the glorious flavors of Mr. Ramen. I will never find peace that can charm my very being, the way Mr. Ramen has. I wake up each morning, seeking the moment I can once again taste the explosion of culinary art once more. I tip my hat to you Mr. Ramen, and Elizabeth. I will see you again one day.

The food was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. Only thing they need to improve is the time it takes to make the food; I think it took around 40 minutes which was quite shocking for ramen. There was only one server there and I think that’s why everything was so slow.

Man oh man. This place was a hit! I had heard about this place on the news and saw many good reviews on Yelp and I knew I had to try it out. The waitress was super nice and tried helping as much as we can. Every time I try a new ramen place, I gotta try some of their "typical" appetizers, such as the karage and the gyozas. They were both good, we had our karage tossed in a sweet and spicy which was great. Gyozas were nice and sweet with a hint of spice. I had got the spicy shoyu ramen (not hot, I'll get the higher level next time), my fiancé got the tonkatsu ramen. Both dishes were flavorful, but next time I'm going to try the Ramon, looks like it will be better than the ramen. The dessert was so good and not too sweet, it was just the right thing after a ramen meal.

Perfection. Generous portions, awesome atmosphere and the most friendly customer service. We will be back

My new favorite comfort food! The ramen and curry were SO FLAVORFUL and not too spicy (you can add spice if that is your thing though). If you enjoy ramen you are going to love this place! It's a nice casual place that feels comfortable.

was just cruising the shopping center and my little girl said look ramen! Excellent food. Fantastic service. For atmosphere I say 3 stars because the blinds were covered in dust. Even the top of the soy sauce bottle they brought is had a layer of dust on it. The cup they served me water in was not very appealing and i had to ask for another spoon because the one they gave me first looked like it still had the previous person's soup on it. At least the chop sticks were wrapped in cellophane.
