The staff is very roud bad behave with me they don't know that how they should react with costumers.The service is very slow and late🥱.Non Profesional staff. They need training. Otherwise, they will lose costumers. I don't know if people see their rate & reviews, although they order from this store 🤔

Food is good I'm only posting this here so management can see what their employees are . I ordered a Karly patty melt burger. But your employees thought it was ok to send me a regular burger with reverse buns instead just doing a refund or something

Does not exist. While there are other delicious food trucks to order, from, Mr beast burger has to my knowledge, not been here in forever.... I've personally seen families drive from LAREDO to here for this place and the kids be absolutely crushed to find out it wasn't actually here...

I am not one to turn down food. I love to eat and have never been a picky eater and it shows. ha! BUT this food all went in the trash can. This was some of the worst food that I have had in quite some time. The burgers sub-par, fries and chicken tenders were terrrrrrrible! They had obviously been fried in old grease and it was all we could taste. I pulled apart the chicken tender to try and remove the breading to salvage my sandwich and it was nearly all breading. The food was cold when it arrived which was super disappointing, also 20 minutes late... Oh well, We tried. Never again. I should have not spent the $120 on food here however the kids were begging because of the name.The positives: The lettuce was fresh, the drinks were delivered cold and the pickles were flavorful... still never going back.

I RECEIVED MY FOOD AND THE BURGER WAS BURNT! THEN WHOEVER MADE IT, DROWNED IT IN MAYO SO YOU COULDN'T TELL IT WAS BURNT. THE PATTIES WERE SUPER SMALL ON TOP OF THAT. THIS IS A SAD EXCUSE FOR A BURGER AND I KNOW I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN! JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURE SMH...I HAD MORE BUN THAN MEAT.

Food is ok if you pay for delivery...its a trailer food truck...that's parked.You can't order and pick-up or you can't order if you walk up.....Crazy business model...Loosing money on a daily basis...I would imagine...unless it's a front for some other BS side biz.Waste of my time driving there...The one lone worker can't be faulted...she asked me to use some mobile delivery app...ha ha ha I'm literally here...ha ha ?I pay for delivery...and someone picks up and hands it to me....nope.Anyway...you can't order to pick up...in short...according to the worker...owners know about the issue....Interesting...
