Had an UNFORTUNATE experience here. Food was mid and my party of 3 GOT KICKED OUT as we were chatting and finishing our drinks because they were “at capacity” & needed our table because they ran out. They said it’s 1st come first serve as if we weren’t HERE FIRST… WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Make sure you don’t come when they’re busy lmaobc you’ll be kicked out! :) go somewhere where they have more table and better customer service!!!!

Oh Nama, what happened to you?Nama used to be the place for our family. We loved it so much, that despite nursing a newborn and having a 4 year old, we still made the trip.All so I could have their amazing miso. My daughter even learned to eat with chopsticks there.After the pandemic, we made several attempts to come to the new location. We could never get in because a reservation was required. Seriously, a reservation? Ramen is not Kobe beef, so that alone was ridiculous.Well after 4 years, we finally visited and let me say that “Rome has Fallen”.The spicy tuna roll we ordered looked like it was canned tuna mixed with spices. The miso broth lacked flavor, the spicy miso was not spicy, and the pork belly left me wanting.The service was mediocre at best. They checked on us twice. When the food runner brought our sushi, we had to ask for soy sauce and she initially only brought 1 plate…for 4 people!When I say we used to love this place, I mean we compared every other place to Nama.Can definitely say that we are officially “broken up” with Nama.I’m so disappointed.

The sushi is incredible! They usually have specials and the servers are all great and efficient. You may have a small wait but it’s well worth it! Make sure you arrive with your entire party to get seated as quickly as possible. If it’s a table for two, you probably won’t wait too long. I recommend the Nama roll or the samurai roll if you like a little spice! The spicy beef ramen is delicious and not very spicy so don’t be scared to try it!They don’t have high chairs so if you have toddlers it’s not a good option for dining in.

Well, it's normal but I was going for sushi and for 6 rolls I think it was $16, the ramen soup tastes a lot like soy sauce, I ordered two soft drinks that I didn't finish and I would have liked to have been able to take them with me, when I asked for a container to take away it kind of bothered them so I didn't ask for my glass to take my soda

New: I've never had to give any negative feedback for atmosphere, but this place feels weird. Black box with glaring lights but food is still pretty damn good. Can't complain food was worth it but the dining experience was bleak.Old: Fast in/out restuarant with good ramen. 11 bucks.
