Hubby was feeling like having Italian this past Saturday so we headed to @naplesitalianristorante for lunch. We had only been one time before and enjoyed it so we decided to go back.Dad had Lemonade, and Hubby and I had the Verdi Espumante, which was a bubbly white wine. Love the warm complimentary bread! Hubby had the Chicken Picatta, which he enjoyed. Dad and I shared the Branzino alla Putanesca. The fish was cooked perfectly and was very tender. I didn’t care too much for the sauce though. Hubby and I shared the House Salad, the serving was generous. For Dad’s birthday, they served complimentary Tuxedo Cake, which was a sweet ending.Next time we’ll have to try their pizza.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Naples Italian RestaurantI recently visited Naples, an Italian restaurant located in [insert location], and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory for the second time in a row. Despite bringing up my concerns about the service quality to the owners on multiple occasions, the issues persisted.My latest visit was the final straw. Upon entering the restaurant, I was informed in front of other customers that they were not serving food, despite it being well before the closing time. To my surprise, they had already started cleaning up, leaving me puzzled about their operating hours and intentions.When I inquired about the availability of food, the owner abruptly changed his stance and mentioned that they could serve me. However, the lack of professionalism was evident when he presented me with a limited choice of three pizza slices, as the kitchen was supposedly closed, contradicting his earlier statement.This inconsistency in their service and the unprofessional behavior displayed by the owner left a sour taste in my mouth. It was highly disappointing and unethical to mislead customers and offer such a limited selection of options, especially after assuring me that I could dine in.Regrettably, I must rate my experience at Naples Italian Restaurant with two stars. I hope that the owners take this feedback constructively and work towards improving their service quality and communication with customers in the future.

We waited over an hour. To be expected they had a pasta special. A bit annoyed that people were sitting and talking but done with food but I get it they want to chat. But a bit annoying honestly not a huge deal. We were sat abt 30 mins before they closed and they brought out fresh bread. It was yummy. The pizza was also delicious and we loved it. We just got a larger pepperoni, we would go back for the pizza. They were sold out of the pasta we wanted to try. My husband got the chicken Milanese which was delicious. I got the capellini scampi which the shrimp was good but it was very salty and garlicky. Not my favorite but not the worst. I’d definitely still eat here again but probably not during a promotion as it was insane. Still the service was good and they kept our drinks refilled. Will definitely be back and hopefully can change from 4 to 5 stars. Still give this little hole in the wall a chance in your in the area the pizza is where it’s at.
