Napoli's Pizzeria

Order through deliver service and got terrible, ice ice cold, school lunch pizza. Horrible low-quality ingredients. Possibly the worst and cheapest cheese ever. Seasoning was clearly from a shaker and not any kind of fresh. Watched the driver on the map...very short time to pickup and to my house...so why was the pizza ice cold and the cheese grossly congealed? Over a minute in the microwave barely got it to edible. I ate two slices and threw the rest in the trash. Seriously...whatever this is, should not be called pizza.

Was here for the grand opening which was a really cool experience, but really unorganized. Have been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, the food started off great, wings were delicious but each time I come it gets worse and worse. I have been here numerous occasions but recently it's been bad. Really bad. 2nd stop here my milkshake from the creamery place was served to me over filling causing it to go all over my hands and spill on the table. The worker just walked away after handing to me. Few times the oven wasn't even on so I had to wait 30-45 minutes for my pizza to cook. Mind you I was on my lunch hour from work so imagine how frustrating that is. A small 12 inch should not take that long. Cleanliness seams to be out the window, had I taken photos of my experience today I'm sure the city would shut this place down. There is flour everywhere, grease tracks all over the walls, splatters of food and gunk all behind the counters, the ingredient containers looked all cross contaminated, and the sauce, lord it looked like it had been sitting out for several days. Mind you I was there around 1230 noon and only one other customer was there and it was for the creamery place. I don't understand how it could be so dirty from just an hour of opening. I had to walk out, after waiting 10 minutes and still nobody registered I was there. There seems to be a really big lack of employee retention as well which is a huge red flag. I want to give this place business but unfortunately I will not be visiting again any time soon.

Ordered pickup thru Google, and they said the order hadn’t come in after 15 mins. The 2 girls working there were more concerned with their personal conversations. I Sat and waited inside for 30 mins. It smelled like they were burning food. Oh and I Got a tiny pizza in a big box. No bag and napkins with my box of garlic knots. No offering of cheese or peppers. Poor communication and customer service. They damn near slid my pizza box toward me at the table I was sitting in. They could care less. Sucks because the foods pretty good. But quality and good service depends on who’s working.

Ordered my pizza and decided to take home because place was empty. Well my order was not made correctly. My margarita pizza was missing ingredients and the taste horrible. It was not what I expected. Will not be going back.

Ordered online trough Doordash, they have a special fora 12" plus a drink, drink never arrived, talk to dasher about it and she said the order on NAPOLIS didn't show a drink ,call the Napolis phone listed online no response. FALSE

I ordered a pizza, was told 20 min ended up waiting 40 min and it came out burnt, the ice cream was just as disappointing came out watery, seen them on Instagram thought I'd try it out and unfortunately this is one of those places that only looks good in paid

Ordered delivery through Favor. Pizza arrived burned. Not sure why kitchen thought this was an edible product. Cannot leave a review as product went straight into the trash can. See photos. Recommend dining in.

Saw the Facebook Ad for their lunch special. I normally go to MOD but wanted to give the local guys a shot.The lunch special is an absolute banger. 10 bucks for a 12 in 2 topping and a 16oz soda.Pizza was perfectly crispy on the bottom, not overly stuffed with toppings. Sauce was great and not too acidic. No complaints on the pizza.Came out quick and hot.They seem to be a newer restaurant so there are some little things that need work, the bathroom was pretty dirty, mirror had splash marks. The sink had debris and gum in it. The trashcan didn't even have a liner. No paper towels either was a bummer. The hand dryer works but my personal preference is paper towels. The counter top where the soda machine area is was sticky.Over all the place is clean and the view is really nice out into the highway. Both workers were friendly. Lighting is really nice. Music is not top loud. Tvs weren't on while the music was on which was good.I'll definitely be back to try the happy hour offers. I'll recommend to anyone over MODpizza for a quick, delicious lunch. ?

First time here and it was amazing! Similar to MOD pizza but in my opinion better and priced cheaper too!! I’m not sure if it had the same toppings as MOD pizza but again in my opinion better. The cheese amount is perfect and they gave the right amount for my toppings! The customer service was top notch! The place was clean and unique. 10/10 will be here again!

The wings were not good super fatty also the service sucked too pizza was decent and they forgot the garlic knots the workers were taking it to the back were they were all eating then brought it back out and served it

First timer here but not for long! Taylor the owner spent some time with us educating us on the direction of the pizzeria and creamery. My family had so much fun that we’re going back for dinner. Self serve tap coming soon should be very interesting and very intrigued to see how it works. See y’all very soon.

Ordered our pizza online. Was given an estimated pick up time between 8:44 - 8:59. My wife arrived at 9pm. Asked for our order and the young lady at the counter said here it is, then gave it to the person making the pizza. She sat for 30 mins and waited for them to finally make our pizza. After 30 mins, 1 hour since our original order was placed, she asked if it was ready and the young lady who helped her earlier stated "oh this is yours" Unbelievable. Neither person offered an apology !!

Food was just okay. I love pizza and was excited to try this spot. Wings were solid. Pizza was just okay. Not the best not the worse. Felt like the toppings were layered on just a little thin compared to the photos I saw.
