My order was incorrect (had peanut butter all over it and no BP was on the order). Totally get mistakes happen, but would be nice to not have to drive 20 minutes to get a refund. š¢

A serene spot for a post-gym refuel! This place is incredibly calm and relaxing perfect for a quick bite after your workout. You order at the counter, and they'll call your name when it's ready for pickup. Everything on the menu is fantastic, but when in doubt, you can't go wrong building your own bowl!

My doctor recently told me that my cholesterol was high, so Iāve been making a real effort to choose healthier foods and drinks. Iāve always struggled with the texture of most vegetables (lifelong issue š ), so I decided to explore smoothie and juice spots around town.
Todayās stop was Nekter Juice Bar on Broadwayāand what a treat! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with fun touches like an egg swing chair, comfy seating, and tables if you want to hang out.
I ordered a regular-sized Orange Crush smoothie with a metabolism boost, and it was delightfully delicious and refreshing. Iāll definitely be back to try their juices and aƧaĆ bowls. Nekter just might become a new healthy go-to!

Was told by the employees that I ordered wrong because my almond butter bowl had peanut butter on it. Online it does not say that the almond butter bowl comes with peanut butter on it nor does it have that as an option when ordering to not have it on there - common sense would be that an almond butter bowl does not have peanut butter however the employees put peanut butter on it. Only that, but when they remade it, they missed stuff that I had added on (paid for too) and I got significantly less in my bowl. Minor things, but very frustrating. Everything is absolutely delicious, but I would advise to go in and place an order so that you know what everything is that is going into your food there.

My daughter and I really enjoy our aƧai bowls. We drive 35 to 40 minutes from home to visit Nekter to have them. The smoothies are not good. We ordered them 4 times total, took a couple of sips and tossed them. We visited yesterday and they were out of collagen for the new raspberry bowls. They must be excellent. Thank you for taking the time to ask our opinion. Good day to you.

Had an online order went inside. Spoke to the little girl, she asked me what was the name on the order. I told her she said, I donāt see it can you tell me what the order was and I can start on it. Told her what we ordered, I guess her manager texted her our order and she was texting in dirty š§¤ I watched her start the order, I said miss can you change your gloves you were just texting and now your touching food. My child has cancer, her and her coworker thought that was funny, so she changed the gloves and she was adding something that was clearly on the other that said no Agave. I told her that the order said no Agave. She took her hands dug out all the fruit I said umm can you remake that. That was nasty. š¤¢ š¤¢š¤¢š¤¢š¤¢š¤¢. She had an attitude and when she remade it was very skimpy 6 slices of banana 5 pieces pineapple instead of mango 4 pieces of strawberries š. I will be calling the corporate office the service I received was trash very disappointed with the service

Got my wisdom teeth out a few days ago, so my options have been a little limited. So I got chocolate drizzle as the only topping on my acai bowl, and the girl that made it loaded it up in the best way possible :) customer service exquisite
