This location is very cozy. It is decorated well. The service was different than any of my past visits. I ordered a toxin flush with no ice. It was heavily watered down. I didn't notice until I arrived home. I order it all the time first time it ever tasted horrible.

I usually order my food on the app so it’s ready for me to pick up. The app is very easy to use and so convenient! The food and smoothies are sooo good everything is very fresh. Staff is very nice.
I stopped by and immediately loved the vibe as soon as I stepped in. It's a cozy and relaxed environment. I ordered the peanut butter acai bowl and it was perfection!

Thirsty and slightly hungry. Grabbed a chocolate peanut butter smoothie with whey protein (alternative is pea protein), two ginger shots, one turmeric shot and a seasonal pumpkin pie smoothie too. $36.10The ginger shot is quite tart and wakes you up rightly. The tumeric shot is good, not as harsh as the ginger shot at all, quite palatable. Their napkins are Nintendo Switch advertisement.The pumpkin pie is decent. The chocolate peanut butter is good, once in a while I get little bits of the cocoa nibs. It's chilly inside of this place, could be the open Good To Go cooler blowing air?

Healthy, delicious, clean, and cute place! The new owners have really spruced this place up and made it very inviting. Perfect place to do some work, meet up with friends, or if you're on the go, they have an easy online ordering and pickup system. I especially love that it's a woman-owned local business. Five stars for Nekter, the juice bar Alamo Heights needed!

I have been a couple times, the first one was the worse I brought a friend with me to get an açaí bowl and they were so bland, we were taken back by the lack of flavor we still sat outside enjoyed the sun but did not consume much of the açaí bowl. I decided to go back & give it a shot months later after a barre class and the açaí bowl was a tad better. However the customer service is lacking, the employees do not seem knowledgeable and on both instances they forgot to add toppings to my order. The line is always short but the wait is eternal. I share this in hopes for improvement, this is a great location for me and I would love to know that I can one day trust the quality of the products and their customer service.

Do not purchase a juice cleanse from this place. They do not juice the detox juices in house and they add nasty guar gum to the juices. Completely disgusting and not a true cleanse. Please go somewhere else.
